I would tell my friends who work in non-profits about sprout!
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. I feel fortunate that my job provides us with this tool, as creating content for three separate platforms can be quite challenging. However, Sprout simplifies cross-posting across all our different accounts, making the process much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many complaints, but I do have one issue with the tagging feature. I wish the user interface for tagging was improved. Whenever I need to add more tags, it always resets back to the selection menu, requiring me to search for each additional tag separately. I would prefer if I could select multiple tags at once, all in one go. I do wish there was a way I could also search for handles of people who follow us. Since we are a non-profit, our followers are naturally also people who we work with in different non-profits. Whenever we tag folks on sprout, we have to spell out the handle, I wish it would already come up with suggestions, especially if they are already our follower!

Sometimes previews take a while to load, and editing posts can be difficult

We are able to get our content out to multiple platforms at the same time and see our impact through the analytics features in real time
Sprout Social has been my preferred social management platform for years.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is incredibly easy to use, and I love the breadth of features offered within one single platform. I use it every day to schedule our social media posts, and I refer to the reports on a monthly basis to share KPIs with organization executives and shareholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'm wanting Sprout to implement at this time is more expansive social story scheduling features. I'd love to be able to add a link to stories from within Sprout's scheduler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it really easy to run our social pages from one place. I don't have to hop from platform to platform, wasting time duplicating posts on multiple apps/websites.

I use Sprout Social every day to manage the Center for Innovation’s social media, and it’s been a game-changer. I especially love the AI assist for captions, which helps me quickly generate engaging post ideas, and the smart scheduling feature that recommends the best times to post based on audience activity. These tools save me time while ensuring our content reaches more people. Overall, Sprout Social is an essential tool for anyone looking to streamline their social media management and maximize impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge I’ve experienced is the integration with Google Analytics. While Sprout Social provides great built-in reporting, connecting and navigating Google Analytics data within the platform can feel a bit complicated. It takes extra time to set up and interpret the results, which can be frustrating if you’re looking for quick, straightforward insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the only marketing coordinator at the Center for Innovation, time management is one of my biggest challenges. Sprout Social helps me solve this problem by streamlining scheduling, reporting, and content creation all in one place. Instead of juggling multiple tools or spending hours manually tracking performance, I can plan posts in advance, rely on AI caption support, and quickly access detailed reports. This efficiency saves me valuable time and allows me to focus on strategy and creative work rather than repetitive tasks.
The Perfect Social Media Scheduling Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout has it all in one place. Social media scheduling, analytics, social listening - I can do it all from one tab! We all know that as marketers, we could use less tabs ;)
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if I could customize and Instagram and Facebook post differently instead of having to duplicate the post and adjust for each platform. It would be nice if we could create one post, for example, and then switch into each platform and customize with like link in bio and such.

I like that you can keep track of your post performance, post on multiple files, schedule it out in advance and have others comment and edit on drafts.

Sprout Makes Uploading Youtube Videos a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social lays out everything you need for an upload so nothing is missed. You can easily reschedule since things are always changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something it is hard to navigate to where you want to go. But once you're there it is so simple!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social lets me pre-schedule YouTube videos so I can get all of the team's upload requests ahead of time. It gives me more bandwidth to tackle other projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprout as Social Media Manager at my two previous employers and it is by far the easiest platform to navigate. The scheduling and calendar features are my go-to, as well as the Smart Inbox to keep an eye on the feedback we receive online. I highly recommend Sprout to any social manager!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like the tag account feature could be a bit more accurate. The accounts don't populate on Instagram mentions.

We used to have to archive each and every social media post - now it's all saved and downloadable in Sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is great. Everything feels logical. It's so smooth to use and creates a seamless experience from publishing content to community management to analytics and everything in between. The sentiment analysis has been a nice addition as well.

Sometimes I think the analytics can be a bit confusing as you get slightly different numbers depending on where you are looking and you really have to know where those numbers are coming from because they may not always match up especially when pulling a CSV file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sentiment analysis has never been easier and makes community management even better.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to manage and view everything from one single location. Not having to login natively makes work so much easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you do have to login to certain sites to respond to things. Wish everything can just be done in sprout.
