Sprout Social: The Only Place for Social Media Management and ANalytics
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate being able to quickly schedule posts ahead of time, while also being able to easily see my collection of already scheduled posts in the calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?

Scheduling posts ahead of time is saving me a lot of time I would have otherwise lost by creating posts per platform on a day by day basis.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaboration that sprout allows with my team! It's so easy to work together on copy, and the new "customize per platform" feature is HUGE!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was something better to help view different aspect ratios in different platforms (like Instagram's new 4:5 ratio).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting the same content on multiple platforms has never been easier!!

I find the cost of Sprout to be aligned with our goals for spend and I appreciate the customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
The publishing and reporting functions are what my team and I use most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout still doesn't have the capabilities to add audio directly to Reels/TikToks when publishing. Additionally, it's a bit buggy when uploading cover photos to Reels that are scheduled to be published by Sprout. And the App can be glitchy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves the problem of monthly reporting, as well as publishing, considering we don't have staff working 24/7.

I like the structure of the platform itself and how you can easily access reports and data for your client accounts. I always recommend Sprout for social accounts at the agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I would say Sprout is user-friendly and is set up nice.

Sprout is solving our problem of keeping up with follower growth not only organically but paid as well.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature on sprout is being able to schedule posts to send to my phone and alert me when it is time to post. This is really helpful with taking videos from my compute and sending them to my phone to post directly on social.

I dislike that there is no way to group select comments and hide them.

Sprout helps me keep all of my social content organized.
Easy to Use, Great Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Useful for the whole team, whether its myself checking reporting, my CS team answering comments, or content scheduling across multiple platforms. Little down time or failed posts as well, which is so important when choosing a scheduling tool

We've been on Sprout a while and are currently on a legacy plan. If we weren't, it has gotten pricey overtime, even without use of some of their more add-on features

Expanding my Business
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has played a significant role in helping me grow my business rapidly. As someone running everything on my own, I needed efficient support, and Sprout delivered just that. It kept me organized and ensured I stayed on schedule with all my clients as my business expanded. Using Sprout felt like having an extra team member by my side. Whenever I encountered an issue or had a question, customer support responded promptly. I truly believe I couldn't have achieved such fast growth without Sprout's scheduling, tagging, and multiple account features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way for my clients to edit posts more easily when I send them a calendar link. They often ask if it's possible to type directly into the calendar view, so having an editor note section would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to stay logged in to all my clients' accounts on my phone, making it easy to respond to comments and direct messages quickly and efficiently. The scheduling feature is also very helpful, as it lets me plan my posts in advance and frees up time during my day to focus on other projects. Additionally, I can send calendar links to my clients so they can review the month's content, and at the end of each month, I provide them with an analytics report. I also make use of the listening feature to notify my clients whenever articles are published about them or when new comments appear.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has made my job so much easier — it helps me seamlessly collaborate with my team, ensure timely and approved social posts, and gives me everything I need in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It’s been great. The only thing I wish is that we could export a social calendar for executives to see a full view of everything going out each week, since it can be hard to illustrate the volume to those not in the platform.
