A rewarding and beneficial experience for my social teams at two law firms.
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is very responsive and there are a wealth of resources provided in the Help Center. I also love the publishing/editorial calendar and smart inbox. The reporting features are also helpful and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening tool could be a bit more user friendly. I suspect it's easier to wrangle the more you use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization has been in the news a lot this year, so the smart inbox and social listening tool have been invaluable in reporting possible threats and gauging overall brand health.
Avid sprout cheerleader- essential for my role
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to handle almost everything for my role within the platform as the social media leader for Baker Hughes. Reporting, scheduling, community engagement, automations, etc. are all essential to my day to day and the features keep getting smarter and more efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a downside to sprout specifically, but majority of our business is LinkedIn and sprout (and other 3rd party tools) are sometimes limited it what it can do for that channel- I.e. listening limitations which is the largest negative for our business and competitive insights
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all encompassing product to help make social media management easy and support easy reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annually reviews
Time saving, user friendly, I couldn't live without it, social media management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
In addition to the personal support, the vast library of resources available is helpful in figuring out any question you might have regarding the tool and its capabilities. I use this tool every day and I couldn't imagine scheduling social content for publication, responding to comments and messages, or analyzing results and data without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing specifically that I can pinpoint that I dislike about this tool. Knowing that most of my "wish list" items are not available due to API limitations has helped me understand what I can use Sprout for and what I have to do in native platforms (not a lot but enough that I wish the platforms would be a little more giving with their connections).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a one person social media shop at my company. Without Sprout's tools, I'd be lost. Scheduling content is so easy! Varying the content by platform is so easy! Responding to messages and comments is so easy! You get the idea.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to tag posts and report on posts by tags, saving UTM code parameters, being able to easily duplicate posts, being able to tag accounts in the platform, and being able to schedule posts based on peak times. I also love the approval capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to report on social media and helping me to stay organized for our social media management.
Sprout Social - Invaluable to my team's daily workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I believe Sprout is truly invaluable for running multiple social media platforms simultaneously. It's really easy to link all the different social accounts and I have never looked back once after the company started using it. Now it's an essential part of our workflow on that front alone, but it also has a lot of other features I use regularly and enjoy a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the settings in Sprout can really be a lot to understand and work through. Every time I have to add a new user it feels like I have to relearn where everything is. I'm not really sure if there's a solution to the problem because the reason there are so many settings is because the platform itself is so versatile, but that's just an occasional frustration. I would also say I dislike the Sprout messaging features for responding to users who direct message our socials. I actually tend to reply to them directly through the individual platforms rather than through Sprout due to this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves a lot of time on all of the fronts which I personally use it. First is the obvious time-saver of simultaneously posting to multiple platforms. Gone are the days of having five Google tabs open just to make one post on different socials. And then the niche, specific way my team has incorporated Listening has proven to be invaluable for keeping an eye on various social media accounts in the area for news and information coming out. And then lastly, Sprout is simply the best way to create any report regarding social media analytics. It's better than the built-in analytics toolson most of the social platforms themselves, which says a lot, not to mention that they're all gathered together in one place.

It's user friendly, reliable, and I love how it gives us the ability to provide polished views of content for client review.
What do you dislike about the product?
The partner tier shift from budget/spend/account driven, to referral driven led to our agency being "downgraded" from Platinum to Bronze.

The ease of use for each integration, like smart inbox, reports, scheduling.

Sometimes, the application can be slow and not work for hours at a time.

Effortless Social Media Management with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Sprout Social is to use, with its intuitive layout that makes digesting information and scheduling posts straightforward. The ability for my posts to be reviewed and approved by the social media team ensures accuracy and optimal timing, which I find very beneficial. I also appreciate the independence Sprout Social gives me to post on behalf of our foundations without needing to involve the local marketers system social media team. I find it laid out well and would recommend it over other tools I've used.

I use Sprout Social to post seamlessly across multiple social media pages, which simplifies our workflow and reduces dependency on local marketers.
The Marketer's Right Hand Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a comprehensive marketing tool that supports social media management, campaign tracking and other marketing strategies that digital marketers use on a daily basis. I love the ability to schedule stories and social media posts far out in advance while using Sprout's tagging tools to track the campaign/posts' performance. The app combines the ability to schedule, post and track social media performance with a long list of other tools & app integrations that allow you customize your app experience to fit your needs. Customer support is also super helpful, thorough and responsive when running into software or in-app bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
In software, you have the ability to edit and alter the images you are posting to various social media platforms. It's great that Sprout provides each individual platform's sizing guidelines to help you crop your content. However, the actual photo editing capabilities are not the best quality. The photo editing capabilities get the job done in a pinch, but I personally would prefer the addition of an external app to allow for better quality photo editing within Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout enables me to schedule social media posts and stories ahead of time for multiple clients. It allows me to complete work for multiple clients weeks out in advance.
Sprout Social? A big YES.
What do you like best about the product?
I use this application everyday, so I can confidently say this is so user-friendly interface, it produces comprehensive reports and analytics -- and shoutout to the Sprout Social team, they are great at quick responses, helpful articles, and always looking for ways to upgrade, improve, and make Sprout the best to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No free plan and is overall considered pretty expensive for small businesses and individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me manage the multiple platforms, profiles, and brands that I work on for my full-time job -- being able to focus more of my time on creating copy and design is so incredible! The automated reporting is such a breeze too.
