Excellent Tool for Social Media Planning
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is a very intuitive and easy-to-use application. I appreciate its simplicity and the statistics it offers, as they allow me to review which content works best, how my audience moves, and the areas of opportunity for improvement. Additionally, I find it easy to learn just by exploring a little.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps add tutorials or extra classes depending on each person's niche. Tutorials on how to grow your audience, have more engagement, things like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I gather and organize all the responses from my networks, schedule content efficiently, and review statistics to understand my audience.
One-Stop Solution for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Sprout Social is a one-stop shop, eliminating the need for multiple logins to social channels and individual posts across those channels. I can use the platform to do all of our social posting in one place, which is a time-saver and ensures that we can keep track of what is being posted to different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we could likely tap into some additional analytics to guide our strategy a little bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me schedule and optimize social posts across platforms, saving time and keeping track of posts without logging into multiple accounts.
Smart Inbox is a Game-Changer Despite High Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to build professional ready reports that show growth, engagement, and content performance across channels. The smart inbox is a big time saver for managing messages and comments in one place. It was very easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be high for smaller teams and some advanced features sit behind higher rates.

Streamlined Multi-Platform Drafting with Powerful Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to draft one post with different versions for each platform. I use Sprout almost every day. I also love the analytics function and I have been able to implement changes based on those numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the AI feature very helpful. I normally write my own post or research ideas on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helping me keep myself organized with the content I am putting up on all of our platforms. I can see everything in one spot rather than having to toggle between 4 different platforms, inboxes, and analytics tool. Love Sprout for that!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social is easy to navigate, helps me plan ahead, and gives me insights into the posts I create, like what performs well and what doesn't. It makes posting on social media easier and keeps me more organized. It's also helpful for determining the best time of day for posts, identifying the best-performing content, and creating social plans. The analytics offered by Sprout Social is great, and the Sprout team was very helpful during the setup.

The Smart Inbox and case layouts are highly intuitive, even for new users, helping streamline onboarding and reduce training time.
What do you dislike about the product?
More options for reporting on care metrics would be helpful. It would be great if we could create our own reports based on à la carte actions, rather than being limited to the standard options currently provided.

Sprout has enabled our social teams to work within the same system, which helps ensure consistent knowledge and better alignment across our paid, organic, and care teams.

Some features feel a bit clunky, and certain workflows take more steps than they should.

Sprout Social centralizes publishing, engagement, analytics, and social listening in one place, which saves time and gives me clearer insights to improve content and strategy.
Intuitive Platform, Valuable AI Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout Social is super visual and really intuitive. It has a quick learning curve and really makes data quickly accessible. A specific feature I value is the AI-assisted scheduling post that can identify the best times for our audience based on the platform and the content. This AI scheduling tool, showing the number of stars per specific posting time, has been extremely valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that doesn't work for our specific use case is with Facebook. Most of the chatter about our brands happens in private Facebook groups. This isn't necessarily exclusive to Sprout Social; it's more about how the platforms themselves work. But it's a real gap in our analytics because we cannot tap into insights or data from the private groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us quickly view our messaging buckets to balance communication across key categories and evaluate audience responses, both positive and negative, in terms of impressions and reach, tailored to specific campaign objectives.
Easy to Navigate and Post to Multiple Platforms at Once
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to navigate, and I can post to multiple platforms at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are missing or only available in a limited form under the standard tiers.

Sprout brings scheduling, publishing, analytics, and engagement together in a single, unified platform.
Simple Team Collaboration and a Smooth Content Approval Process
What do you like best about the product?
The simple team integration that allows us to communicate within the platform and work together. I also love the approval process for content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is a very expensive tool. At a large company it's well worth it, but it may not be affordable for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with responding to messages with approved responses, but now we can internally chat about a response prior to sending it out.
