I've Been With Sprout Social Since The Beginning

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and the vast amount of information and tools that Sprout Social has to offer. From scheduling content, to responding to comments, reviews, to reporting, it has everything I need to run a successful business. I also have to give their customer service a nod because it's exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has alot of things that I don't know how to use, which isn't a downside I guess, but It has alot more than I actually use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social media posts is the main problem it solves and being able to respond to comments, DMS all in one place for all platforms is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social creates their product with social pros in mind - they're always adding new features to make our work lives easier. Some examples include - AI assist for adding alt text to photos and scheduling to multiple platforms at once (and being able to modify the caption, creative, and schedule date/time per platform).

Their customer service is great - they're very responsive and every interaction I've had with Support has been pleasant and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the listening functionality to be less robust than other listening tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout keeps us organized - our team manages 25 social media accounts and being able to see and manage them all in one place is really important for us to be able to do our jobs effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the out-of-the-box features, that always have new updates added, like AI assist features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more options to customize the experience. For example, My org does not leverage the Organzational Roles Sprout has. I have to create my own instead of being able to edit the Org Roles. I cant even delete them which is also annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining multiple platforms into one, saving us money and time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Sprout Social is to use and how seamlessly it integrates with other teams, especially for customer support. We rely on it daily, and having all social platforms in one place makes our workflow much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are noticeable delays in receiving messages, which can affect response times. I also wish there was a way to apply the macro tool in bulk to save time when managing repetitive tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us centralize all our social media platforms, making it easier to manage content, monitor engagement, and respond to customer inquiries efficiently. It also improves collaboration across teams, especially with customer support, by allowing seamless communication and task assignment. This saves us time, reduces manual work, and ensures a consistent brand presence across channels.

Sprout Makes it Easy to Organize and Schedule Social Media Posts

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it so easy to schedule and see my social media posts so I can keep track of my campaigns and pacing. I love how it is so easy to change up post schedules if needed as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the ability to post to Facebook groups was still there. I use these for communicating with parents of our online school and the ability to post in multiple groups would be so very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of time management for me. Being able to go to one central place to schedule out posts for our social media channels saves so much time over having to go into each one and post.

What do you like best about the product?
The shared Smart Inbox - It's the ultimate organization tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of the platform, as well as the crazy price for advanced analytics. Not affordable for small businesses or solo marketers.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to publish posts and view analytics for multiple brands with multiple social media profiles
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmm. The analytics are sometimes off. Like occasionally the data from Meta or Youtube will be off and so it's hard to gather information for reports when that happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage multiple profiles for multiple brands all in one place has been SO GREAT! I cannot imagine going into each social media platform to post multiple times a day for each profile. Sounds like a nightmare honestly.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it easy to manage multiple accounts in one place. I love the intuitive scheduling features, clear analytics, and the ability to track engagement without jumping between platforms. It saves a lot of time and keeps everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app isn’t as smooth or feature-rich as the desktop version, which can make on-the-go management a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts, tracking performance, and staying on top of engagement in one place. It saves me time by streamlining scheduling, reporting, and monitoring so I don’t have to jump between platforms. The detailed analytics and unified inbox make it easier to understand what’s working, respond quickly, and collaborate with my team, which ultimately helps improve efficiency and consistency across all of our social channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that Sprout partners with so many different platforms. This makes it easy to post to each quickly and effectively. The integrated analytics for each platform and being able to create your own reports is super helpful. I use Sprout on a daily bases and have also found that using the smart inbox to track all comments and messages across all the platforms saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I think I don't like, is that sometimes it takes a bit of time for updates or to add new platforms to the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout cuts back on time spent to check messages and comments on the various channels, by the use of the smart inbox. Also, being able to pull analytics from all channels into one dashboard to monitor has made it easier to track social media goals and insights.

Best User Friendly Social Media Management Platform - No matter what your business size is!

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a Sprout user for many many years now, and prior to using Sprout, I used and experiment with many other platforms, but Sprout has them all beat. With their consistent timely updates to match API requirements and platform updates, I couldn't be happier with Sprout. The ease of all tabs and integrations, I have rarely needed to even use support. Hope to be with them for a long time to come!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is not horrible, but not great. I use the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me manage my many social channels and pages with ease. The analytics are made so leaders and others not in the social media world, can understand what is going on on their pages.
