Sprout Makes Social Management Easy!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes managing our business account easy. Its our central location for planning posts and managing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature that I think could make sprout better would be having a feature to help make stronger accessible alt text generator options for those with visual impairments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social allows us to keep track of our progress on our work social account by tracking helpful analytics. Additionally it helps us prep our posts in advance and saves us a ton of time. Overall its been an easy tools for our staff members to utilize.

A platform that has it all

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social primarily for influencer marketing, and it’s been extremely helpful. The UX is clean and intuitive, making it easy to manage everything in one place. I also appreciate that Sprout wasn’t the priciest option, and their team was flexible and supportive during the negotiation stage. On top of that, the people who work there genuinely care—you can feel it in the way they communicate and support you. Overall, it’s been a smooth and enjoyable experience having a platform that truly has it all for my influencer needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike. If anything, I’d love to see even more influencer-specific reporting and insights built in. But even as it stands, it already makes my day-to-day work much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is helping me streamline influencer management by keeping everything organized in one place—campaigns, communication, and reporting. Instead of juggling multiple tools and spreadsheets, I can manage the process start to finish on a single platform. Their AI search tools also make it much easier to find the right influencers quickly, which saves me a lot of time and ensures better matches for collaborations. Overall, it helps me stay efficient, reduce errors, and track results with clarity, making influencer campaigns far smoother and more effective.

Robust Scheduling for Socials!

What do you like best about the product?
There are a number of different features, making scheduling easier and more efficient. The ability to schedule custom posts for individual platforms under one post is huge for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could integrate VidIQ with it as it's something we use with our YouTube videos; therefore, we have to schedule our YouTube videos separately. Also, the cost for additional users is outrageous to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to schedule most of our platforms all under one, making it more time efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to schedule content, how you can track and analyse data within the platform, i like the look and feel of the platform in comparison to other social media scheduling tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be good if you could schedule 1 piece of content across multiple pages at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule social media posts days, weeks and months in advance in little to no time. Much quicker than logging on via meta itself and scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
Sincerely, I adore Sprout Social, which I've been using for about eight to nine months. The tool is quick, simple to use, and lets you manage all of your social media accounts from a single location. Tracking engagement, likes, and other data is super simple, which makes handling everything so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike. Sometimes the pricing feels a bit high compared to other tools, and the learning curve in the beginning can take some time. Aside from that, my experience as a whole has been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me manage all my social platforms in one place. It saves a lot of time by organizing engagement, likes, and messages so I don’t have to jump between apps. Additionally, reporting and tracking are made much simpler by the Salesforce integration. In general, it speeds up, runs more smoothly, and reduces stress in social management.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social's intuitive interface and seamless setup, aided by an excellent onboarding team. The platform efficiently unifies social media management, supporting a high volume of clients with effective workflows for review and publishing. Its comprehensive analytics and reporting tools allow me to view performance across channels, aiding in planning and competitor monitoring. I particularly value the publishing tools like Optimized Send Time as well as the Smart Inbox, which enhances my customer interaction and allow for easy handoff with other team members when comments and messages need to be addressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the previous inability to upload PDF documents to LinkedIn through Sprout Social limiting. Before its implementation, this was a feature I really wished for, as it greatly enhances the ability to create solid carousels on LinkedIn, which are crucial for effective job content on the platform. But it's live now — so there's nothing I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social simplifies social media management across various platforms, enhancing strategy planning, content scheduling, community interaction, and competitor monitoring, all while providing intuitive analytics to improve audience engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
The most and best thing I liked about Sprout Social is that once I have linked all my social profiles, like Facebook page, Twitter handle, Instagram Account, and LinkedIn page to Sprout Social, then later on I don't need to log in to all the social platfrom to do posting, check post analytics, weekly analytics, monthly analytics and the post reach was awesome while using this platofrm.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most disliked thing about this platform is that I have faced an issue with linking my social profile to Sprout Social, but I was unable to link that profile to the admin panel until I got help from the support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My agency and my agency saved a lot of time while using this platform called Sprout Social. I have been using Sprout Social for my 3 Social media projects to schedule all my social media posts. The major issue social media agencies are facing to getting the OTP from the client while logging in to social media platforms, but by using Sprout Social, I have been login once and connecting all my social profiles to one place, and later on, just click on a few steps and everything is plug and play here at Sprout Social. Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I can manage multiple accounts without the need to have the password for each one, and also I have it all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'm having a problem is when searching for emojis to my posts. The platform should have the option for most used emojis, or most recent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage multiple accounts in one place. I only have to switch to the profile I want to manage and I cand send a post.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily the analytics. I have to report on stats to the Director of Marketing, and of course, I want to clearly and reliably understand performance. Other platforms we tried had unreliable data and unintuitive or hard-to-use dashboards. Not a problem with Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is the UI is sometimes a bit cluttered or feels outdated. But that doesn't take away from the fact the data is reliable and the platforms works well and is (for the most part) easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other platforms had poor dashboards and unreliable data. Sprout is reliable and the dashboards are easy to use (they give me all the views into our numbers that I need).

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting functionality--being able to generate benchmark reports is huge for me.
Also, the continuous development of the product to keep up with the new platforms that come out.
Finally, the social listening aspect is another important tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Priced at the higher level vs. competition.
