Sprout is great!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly. The ability to connect all social platforms and create/schedule posts in one place is a huge time saver. Customer support has been good, when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very large/long YouTube videos will give me an error message when I try to post them, so I have to do it natively. Also, you cannot turn on monetization for YouTube videos when scheduling on Sprout, so those must be scheduled natively as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for creating/scheduling social media posts. It is great to have every platform connected and in one spot, saving us time. I like being able to duplicate posts rather than copying and pasting all the time to post natively.
I enjoy using Sprout Social, it's user friendly and makes posting seamless and simple!

I like knowing what the best times to post are, I feel like I know my audience better with Sprout Social.

Honestly. there isn't much I dislike about Sprout Social, I like pretty much everything about it.

Sprout makes social media management manageable for a newbie!
What do you like best about the product?
As someone new to the world of social media management, having Sprout Social as a tool to manage all of the platforms is a game-changer. I love that I can customize posts per network, get insights for the best times to post, track analytics, and respond to comments and messages. I would be lost without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things I struggle with are using all of the features/analytics and understanding them, but that's on me for being new to the field. I also wish I could add sound to my reels directly from Sprout Social, rather than having to post natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me solve the problem of knowing when to post and weeding trough notifications from apps natively.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is the best tool in the market to handle social media platforms. Basically, we are using this tool to manage X, Facebook, Google Play Store, Instagram, and other platforms. With this tool, we are easily managing all platforms in one place, and it's easy to use. Also, the Sprout Social team provides the best customer support. We use this tool integrated with Salesforce. I love this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this tool, but sometimes when we are handling high volume, this tool lacks performance, and I hope the future update will fix this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social biggest advantage is that you can use and manage all the platforms within it also, Sprout Social provides many reports In this system, you can easily check the flow of comments. Additionally, you can reply to customers using Sprout Social, and the customer support of this tool is next level crazy.

Their new influencer platform is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. Sprout is hands down the best tool out there for social automation and community management. It’s rare to find a platform that checks every box, but Sprout truly does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social streamlines our entire social media workflow. We can create and schedule content calendars quickly and accurately, optimize posts directly in the platform, and easily manage both internal and client reviews without the need for extra tools or lengthy email chains. The ability to monitor and respond to reviews within Sprout saves us from jumping into each native platform, significantly cutting down on time. We especially love the Smart Inbox for community management; it consolidates all messages and comments in one place, making it faster and easier to respond accurately and maintain strong audience engagement. I love that we can report on our average response times and really stand out as a thoughtful, responsive partner. For us as an agency, that means better efficiency, stronger client satisfaction, and more time to focus on creative strategy.
Easiest experience with social content planning to date
What do you like best about the product?
We use this pretty much every day to plan and monitor our alumni's social engagement. Even my college interns find it easy to use and complete their tasks. It is excellent for submitting performance evaluations to show the impact of social content on our audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some wishlist items (tagging on IG stories, for example) have yet to come to fruition, but they're constantly updating and adding new tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to see where our audience likes to be reached, and their general sentiment to the news that we're putting out from the college.
Came for the reporting, stayed for the...well... everything
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting in Sprout is so clear and helpful. Creating reports is quick and concise, and it has helped me communicate with my leadership about goals and KPI's much better than with any other platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social inbox monitoring system could use a lot of upgrades. It has a lot of options, but isn't as intuitive as other platforms.

Sprout solves most of my need for data. Their reporting is thorough and clear. It also has wonderful options for automatically publishing and creating social calendars.

While Sprout Social is a powerful and intuitive platform, one area for improvement is the pricing structure, especially for small businesses or solo practitioners who may only need limited features. Additionally, while the analytics are robust, I would love to see even more customization in reporting—particularly the ability to tailor dashboards more granularly for different audiences or campaigns. That said, these are relatively minor concerns compared to the overall value and efficiency the platform provides.

I don't like how slow it can be to add new accounts sometimes.

Being able to see analytics on whatever I want, whenever I want. I love being able to keep an eye on our competitors as well.
