What do you like best about the product?
It does everything we need for social media. We have vetted other tools, but Sprout always comes out on top! It's so easy to use and has everything we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind - the teams have been accommodating if we have questions or new feature ideas. Support teams have been timely if we run into any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management - having the scheduling tool is such a time save for us! Reporting is also much easier with Sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been a game-changer for managing multiple brand accounts efficiently. The platform is intuitive, the reporting features are clean and customizable, and the Smart Inbox makes it easy to stay on top of engagement without anything slipping through the cracks. Scheduling across platforms is seamless, and the collaborative tools are great for team workflows. I've found their customer support to be responsive and genuinely helpful, which isn’t always the case with software tools. Overall, it's made social media management feel a lot less chaotic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit pricey compared to some others, especially for smaller teams, and I wish there were more flexibility in customizing the publishing calendar view. That said, the overall value and support have still made it worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps streamline content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking across multiple social platforms—all in one place. For me, that means less time jumping between apps, fewer missed messages, and more time focusing on strategy and creativity. It's helped turn social media management from a daily scramble into a more organized, proactive process.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the ease of scheduling content, seeing all interactions in one place, and generating clear reports that are truly useful for making decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't love is that some advanced features are only available in more expensive plans, and that can be a bit limiting if you're just starting out or have a tight budget. Additionally, the part about reconnecting the networks if they become unlinked is a bit tedious, but nothing serious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To conduct a much more comprehensive analysis of social networks, as well as to streamline the scheduling of content within them simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprout since the beginning, and it has only grown and made my life as a SMM soooo much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note here in my opinion. They are always adding new!

It allows me to schedule out my posts, respond to comments in one place, plan out story frames and then report back to my team with their reports that are so helpful to help me reach my goals

What do you like best about the product?
Non profits are always business and we tend to forget to highlight our work and even if we remember, its just always such a hassle. With Sprout, you can schedule send post, make edits in one place and move on!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Sprout! I have no updates to suggest.

Helps us to post and keep it going. it helps us to move faster while taking time to show the world the work we do!

What do you like best about the product?
I consider Sprout Social to be the Rolls Royce of social media schedulers. It has (almost) everything I could ask for in terms of scheduling capabilities across all platforms I work with and incredibly robust analytics. The team is also very responsive and there to support your needs every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small things that likely aren’t their fault but the social media platforms themselves. I wish I could schedule IG carousels with both photo and video in it, I wish I could schedule photo carousels on TikTok, and I wish I could use the Page ID number to tag pages on Facebook posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me mindlessly gather analytics and produce reports for clients at a moments notice. It also helps me keep everything organized during my busiest, chaotic moments

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling tool and being able to see it in a calendar overview. I also utilize the reports feature to keep my team updated with trends in data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more information to describe the reporting sections and what they mean, how they are calculated and weighed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It bridges the gap to see the results from organic social media vs paid, from now loading our paid account into the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to pull reports from all managed social platforms and the ease of use when contacting customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout Social offered a way to post to Instagram Stories as it is such an integral part of most social media strategies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts is ideal in managing bandwidth. Sprout's ability to produce a PDF report that can be automated to send to all parties who need to be notified is also very efficient and saves times.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout allows me to track what's working and what's not working in near real-time. Its interface is easy to use, and conducive to helping analyze trends from our followers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more influencer insight (like Brandwatch) on the basic Sprout plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is allowing us to schedule our social media posts and analyze their successes.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy the platform is to setup and use. The way the information is organized makes it easy to digest and report out on. The support team is also great at helping me accomplish my goals and suggesting new ideas to implement. I use the platform on a monthly basis and the insights have integrated well with my routine reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about the platform so far. I just hope that the TikTok capabilities will expand soon to cover cross-functional needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has helped us expand the number of touchpoints used to ingest consumer feedback. They are helping us discover and prioritize the needs and wants of our audience, as well as keep a pulse on what others in the industry are doing.
