What do you like best about the product?
They're regularly making updates and adding new features, which really improve workflows. Customer support is timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their other tools (advocacy, influencer) feel so separate and segmented from the main tool. They should be integrated more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to manage publishing ,reporting, and community management for a suite of clients.
Good, but it could be better
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy scheduling, being able to manage multiples accounts from a single dashboard, and brand monitoring. Costumer support is always friendly and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics can't be easily filtered by paid vs organic. I have to manually do math to have a more accurate data. Some of the instagram native features aren't present in sprout which then makes me go in the app to post natively for certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily schedule multiple posts at once and have everything organized under one single view. The brand listening is a big plus as well.
Great! Keeps everyhting we need to see in one place with an easy UI!
What do you like best about the product?
That every comment can be answered in one place and that it's easy to manage! Makes what could be a daunting task, a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find myself needing to reconnect the social accounts, and occasionally this step is overlooked. When that happens, some comments end up getting lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate how it brings all of our social comments together in a single location, making it much easier for us to respond to them efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting and software that provides the best time to post. It is very user-friendly, and easy to add new accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the social listening tab is very confusing

It creates professional-looking reports that my clients love. It's also helpful to have one platform that can assist with all my social media posting.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to do everything in one place, having a powerful company to back it and update UIs as social platforms change, and being able to schedule in bulk with customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are limited platform-wise, like Pinterest, where I cannot schedule videos or multiple images through the platform, whereas you can do those things natively.

My go-to resource as a one-person team
What do you like best about the product?
As a solo social media manager, time is always in short supply. Sprout Social enables me to make the most of my day and keeps my workflow efficient. Whether I'm scheduling posts, reviewing analytics, or encouraging my colleagues to share updates about our company, its comprehensive set of tools gives me the sense of having a full team behind me. It has become my primary resource, and I rely on it several times daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
While customer support is responsive, it literally comes at a cost. They recently adopted a model where they regularly direct users to their FAQs on the website rather than prioritizing human interaction. Additionally, the turnover rate for account contacts is very high, with multiple changes in a year — often only communicated when you reach out and discover your account manager has changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me manage multiple platforms — LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X — and stay on top of mentions of our brand while measuring sentiment and other data points. It also allows me to see how our performance stacks up against competitors and understand how we can improve. Having these tools and information in one place enables me to do my job and makes me a trusted resource for leadership.
Ease of Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Sprout Social allows me to post across all our necessary social platforms. I can also schedule posts for later in the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to connect a new account to start advertising. Also, when an account needs to be reverified, it's proven somewhat difficult as only an admin can make the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It save me time by allowing me to post across multiple platforms.
I've used Sprout Social for over four years - the support and workflow has been a great to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to tag posts to create end of year metric reports for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was more capabilities for scheduling IG Stories.

Almost another team member on our creative team. Scheduling posts and being able to simply tag accounts has been wonderful.
A great tool to utilize for your social media
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been very helpful when it comes to scheduling content, reviewing trends and data, and managing community all in one place. It is easy to use an navigate, and our social team uses it very often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think the data can be a little confusing at times, and not accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the best features of Sprout are its ability to manage all of our clients’ social media accounts in one place, respond to messages, assign tasks to team members, and request client approval before publishing posts. Connecting accounts is simple, and organizing them into folders or by client is straightforward. Overall, it’s an excellent tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is on the pricier side, but it delivers value for our needs.

Sprout streamlines message and community management across all our clients, making it easy to schedule posts for each account. The reporting features are excellent, giving us clear visibility into what performs best and helping us create actionable insights and recommendations for our clients.
