Sprout Social is the best all in one social tool
What do you like best about the product?
Every mention, comment, and message from all platforms can be found in one space. I like the saved response feature, which makes messaging so easy. Sprout continues to update and add features that only improve the service. I use this user-friendly tool every single day. They are always considering feedback and making improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Sprout included social media listening. Our team has to use a different platform/tool for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout recently solved the issue of LinkedIn not being included in direct messages. It's super easy to respond to LI messages now.
Have used Sprout Social now for 2 years and it has been nothing short of exceptional.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. Communication with the Sprout Social team has been great. Any questions or concerns i ever have are answered very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there are no dislikes about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With using Sprout social we are able to have several team members all work collaboratively on one platfrom. Our customer service team uses the smart inbox feature for all the customer service needs. I, the social media manager use a lot of the other features to manage 6 different brands accounts on 3 different platfroms. 18 accounts total and using sprout makes it manageable.

I like how easy is to organize the content and see the metrics

I wish it was cheaper and the pricing included Tagger.

I'm not sure if it's a Sprout issue, but I dislike that accounts get disconnected from time to time. This invariably happens while I'm on vacation. Would be nice to get advance warning of when it's about to happen.

Scheduling and analytics. Saves times and provides valuable insights.
Unparalleled Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I've worked in social media for over 10 years now, and utilized many third-party social media management tools in my time, but Sprout Social is hands down the best in its class. Just from a report-building standpoint alone, it's heads above the rest in terms of quality, automated insights, touching on the most important metrics, and building a story about how our content has performed and succeeded. Then throw in the ease of use in the publishing space, as well as the user-friendly settings and account access, and you've got a truly amazing product that serves social media professionals everything they need to succeed. My team uses this tool multiple times a day, so its a place where we spend a lot of time and need functionality to be top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love additional included (aka not an upgrade) social listening insights in the reporting section, but I do understand that those capabilities are constantly being built out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is always adding on more tools for pulling metrics that matter to the various social media platform algorithms. They also are very aware of our pain points (LinkedIn API I'm looking at you) and are super supportive in finding the best work-arounds possible.
Re-establish work-life balance with Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Sprout, I can now do many of my social media tasks on my computer again, instead of using my personal device for social media posts. It also helps me re-establish my personal time as I can streamline so many tasks, whether that's creating a content calendar, responding to messages, or exploring competitor content! The learning curve is quite manageable and it's easy to set up and use, with a supportive customer service team as well. Now, I'm posting more than ever before - I love that my intern has a way to upload content for approval! Before, I never paid attention to when I posted, but now I can see when my audience is most engaged, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so much data, it's up to the user to make sense of it! The more complicated of an enterprise-wide user system you have, the more complicated your Sprout could be. I would love to see a more built-out approval system, that allows me to give more feedback about the content. Also, I'm sure many would like to be able to import from Canva directly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Sprout, it was hard to track analytics and was often pushed aside. Now, it's easy to review and reflect frequently! I also appreciate the way it allows me to publish from my computer and allows me to no longer have work content on my personal devices. I post much more frequently now!
Great tool with a lot of functionality! Unlocks A LOT of insights using data!
What do you like best about the product?
The best features about Sprout Social are the publishing capabilities, reporting/data analytics, and the smart inbox for community management. It's really easy to use and implement for large scale companies. I use Sprout frequently and can get support quickly via chat or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening feature could use some help as it can be difficult to understand. I also wish the onboarding process provided more information outside of contact with only the onboarding Sprout rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout to solve managing our social media presence across multi-brand locations. We use it for publishing, crisis communications, community management, and reporting.
The best hub for the information you need.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has transformed themselves into a hub for getting the Social Media analytics you need — quickly. They not only stay up to date with facebook (and other platform) updates, but compile the information you'd spend hours searching for yourself. The addition of the Competitor's posts are a great example of this. We use this platform to make our every day easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do with the little folders could be rearranged and the client logo added as the icon so that I can navigate it more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They had to battle the recent Meta update that disconnected some accounts. They worked swiftly to correct the error and ensure they stayed onto of the update.
Sprout is my go-to!

I enjoy how easy the Sprout interface is to navigate

That some things have to be posted using the mobile publisher.

Sprout makes it easy with a one stop shop for everything that I need.
A Must-Have For Marketing & Social Media!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Sprout social daily and was recommended by a friend who's also in marketing to try it out. It makes creating and scheduling social media posts easy and seamless across all platforms. I love that I can go back and duplicate or copy from prior posts to recycle content quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is that for Pinterest you can only upload one image for an immediate post, while on the Pinterest app or website you can do 5 images for an immediate post. I also don't like that at certain points accounts will become disconnected without any prior notice so sometimes expected content is not published until you go back in and reconnect. If there could be a couple days notice that it needs to reauthorized that would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is 100% a time saver. There's no need to go onto each platform and create separate post and having to copy and paste. I just make one post for Facebook, then duplicate it for Instagram, Pinterest, etc. It also shows you analytics for the performance of each platform as a whole and broken down by post.
