What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social provides an all-in-one solution for our team. We LOVE the 'Cases' feature, which automatically routes certain inbound comments and messages to the appropriate Customer Care team. It has saved our time so much time and has allowed us to respond to our customers faster. All around, the user interface for Sprout Social is easy to use, which makes implementing the platform with new employees a breeze. Their Customer Support Team is quick to respond to email inquiries, which we love! It's a tool we use every single day in our work. And as a cherry on top, it's simple to integrate our reviews into Sporut Social, allowing our team to manage those in the same place they manage social inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our industry has thousands of competitors who use the same keywords we do in our posts. Because of this, it's very difficult to use the social listening tool with Sprout Social. It would be impossible to mass exclude all of these competitors. Hopefully there can be a tech solution for this soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Smart Inbox allows us to see every single message or comment we get, which helps us analyze what people are saying and helps us address all customer concerns.
The scheduling tool is great for finding the best times to post, which ensures we reach the most people we can.

Sprout Social has been an absolute game-changer for managing my social media strategy. The platform is clean, intuitive, and makes scheduling posts across multiple channels effortless. I especially love the Smart Inbox feature—it keeps all my messages, comments, and mentions in one place so nothing slips through the cracks. The analytics are another standout. Instead of piecing together data from different platforms, Sprout Social provides clear, easy-to-digest reports that help me understand what’s working and where I can improve. It saves me hours every week and gives me confidence when presenting results to my team.
On top of the product itself, their customer support is excellent—responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure users succeed.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything I dislike about Sprout Social. It’s rare to find a tool that consistently delivers on everything it promises, but Sprout does exactly that. Highly recommend!

Instead of jumping between platforms, I can schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to messages all in one place. The Smart Inbox saves me from missing important comments or DMs, while the analytics give me clear insights into what’s working and where I can improve.

I love that I can put together my entire monthly calendar and let it run without much maintenance.

It occasionally disconnects from social profiles, but I think that's likely on the Meta side.

Sprout Social is an innovative way of posting on your social accounts in mass. My favorite feature is the calendar scheduling view.

Sprout Social data feature is very limited. It doesn't offer much information on how your post perform and where you can improve.

What do you like best about the product?
As a social media manager managing multiple platforms for the brand I work for, Sprout is essential for staying organized and working collaboratively with my team. Some of my favorite features are the scheduling/approval workflow, Smart Inbox to manage incoming messages in one place and how easy it is to access reports. The customer support is also helpful whenever there is an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company pays for the service but I know it's a big investment. There are so many features that sometimes it can be difficult to navigate or know how to best use some of the options. I like the customer support but sometimes they can be a little salesy and try to push add on features.

Really Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Seamlessly pulls in mentions and data from a wide vrariety of platforms and hlelps social engagement teams remain organized effectively. Great customer support and user friendly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more effective option to pull in data from TikTok, which is the only shortcoming right now. We aren't able to get mentions which would be a huge help.

Great overview for scheduling, easy to use analytics and good uses of AI for social.

Hard to schedule and tag threads for X and Threads.

Helps me look at audience growth, schedule our social media content and optimize timing.
Love sprout but some issues with the IG API

Being able to moderate most of our socials in one place.

Unfortunately, with IG, there is an API delay that always causes interactions to come in late, sometimes even days late.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for work for about 5 years now and it has improved in many ways in such a short amount of time. It is continually adding new features to keep up with the fast-moving digital marketing world and is a go-to tool for scheduling, audience listening, data reports, and more. We manage multiple social platforms, have detailed performance metrics and customizable reports, we can monitor trends, audience sentiment, and brand mentions across platforms, and collaborate seamlessly within our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little steep, but this isn't a dealbreaker as the tool is very worth the cost. Some of the advanced features are a bit overkill and underutilized for smaller teams. There are also some limitations or delays with syncing newer platform features.

Sprout Social can be considered an all-in-one tool for social media management. Not only is it easy to use, we can schedule across multiple platforms, do competitive analysis, customer listening, and get reports on all the analytics we need all in one place.
