Seamless Social Platform Management
What do you like best about the product?
Managing multiple social media accounts for two companies means posting several times a day across different platforms, and that can quickly become time-consuming. With Sprout, I can connect all of our business profiles and publish content from one simple dashboard. I also love the optimal posting time feature, which helps me schedule posts when they’re most likely to get the best engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps with time management, allowing social sharing to several platforms from one interface. It also helps with campaign organization with the tagging feature. The analytics dashboard are useful to compare metrics across social platforms, as well as run competitive analysis to identify where our social strategy can improve.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I can see all of my social engagement in one centralized location and that I can post to multiple platforms, and make any tweaks necessary, from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is honestly a bit high for the specific tools we're using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me save time by allowing me to post to multiple social channels, and make the necessary changes in tone and messaging easily, from one centralized location.
Best social media management platform
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I appreciate most about Sprout and use every week is the Cross Network reporting tool. I use it as a main method to assess the performance of my company's social channels and to refine our content strategy based on the analysis Sprout provides. The user interface, along with the tables and graphs, is not only visually appealing but also provides valuable insights

Although Sprout offers impressive features, I feel that its subscription plans are quite costly. One of the main disadvantages of the platform is that adding additional users to your account increases the overall price, which can be a significant drawback.

Sprout has helped me significantly with saving time when it's time to create an in depth analysis of my company's social channels. The built in reporting tools on some platforms can be a headache, but Sprout makes it incredibly easy to create detailed reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how clean, compact, and intuitive Sprout is! Regardless of what I'm working on I can count on a great UX and insightful data through reporting and social listening daily. Customer support was also really nice through the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change would be the limited space of characters and queries on social listening!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me have one place to answer all customer inquires, find insightful data, and publish all of my content. It's a one stop shop!
Good content planning platform
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the simplicity for the user. The platform is well laid out and straightforward when it comes to navigating to the various features. I primarily use the platform for scheduling social media posts, reviewing and compiling metrics, and competitor analysis. It works really well for this, and throughout the time using Sprout the past six years, they have added many new useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't much to dislike about Sprout. Some of our social media pages would periodically get disconnected, which can be annoying, but Sprout's notification system provides alerts so you can reconnect the pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless social media scheduling and content planning. It makes it easy for me to schedule out content and then report performance back to our C suite.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprout at three different jobs, and the customer support is next level. I always can speak directly to a team member if I run into issues or jump on call if I need to learn more about the features. The great thing about sprout is that it's also pretty easy to use. Once I learned about the layout and what features were offered, my team and I started to use it every day

The price can be hard for some small agencies or campaigns.

Sprout Social is allowing for my team to schedule things in advance, giving us the time and space to solve other marketing problems like our email newsletter.

What I like best about Sprout Social is how seamlessly it brings everything together—content scheduling, performance analytics, and especially the Listening tool, which gives us real-time insights into brand sentiment, competitor activity, and trending conversations that help shape smarter social strategies.

What I dislike about Sprout Social is the lack of customization options for reports. While the data is solid, it would be helpful to tailor the layout or metrics more specifically for different stakeholders. Additionally, the display options when sharing reports externally are limited—it would be great to have more flexibility in how insights are presented visually or branded for presentations.

Sprout Social helps solve the challenge of managing multiple brand accounts by centralizing content planning, scheduling, and analytics in one platform. It saves time, keeps our messaging organized, and ensures we stay consistent across channels. The Listening tool also gives us real-time insights into trends, competitors, and customer sentiment—helping us create more relevant content and respond strategically.
Overall positive, a few clunky features

I love the scheduling and being able to customize a post per platform, as well as being able to connect multiple profiles
What do you dislike about the product?
When customizing posts per platform, I can't see multiple optimal times. I also can't add photo tags and the location finder is not matched with the Meta locations when using in-app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to use a platform that includes the functionality of scheduling but also reporting, I use both tools regularly and I love the customer service response times, one of the biggest reasons we went with Sprout

What do you like best about the product?
Love using Sprout Social! They have lots of great resources for social planning, strategy, and listening. I also like how they build a community and have webinars and forums. It's really helpful for integrating yourself into the world of social.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their analytics tools feel out of date compared to the detail of in app analytics. The followers tracking specifically is very weird and doesn't reflect deleted accounts, bots being removed, etc.

They help us a lot with scheduling, community support, and organization of campaigns.
