A powerful platform for managing client social media at scale

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it easy to manage multiple client accounts in one place, which is critical for our agency at 3b&e Marketing. The approval workflows help streamline our internal processes, and the reporting dashboards provide clear, professional insights we can share with clients. The scheduling tools and content calendar allow our team to stay organized and maintain a consistent posting strategy across platforms. Getting started with Sprout was simple and the interface made it easy for our team to adapt. We use it every day across multiple clients, and their customer support team is responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we need assistance. Integrating into the system was easy and the onboarding team was very detailed and communicative.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see more flexibility around approvals, especially when it comes to managing both internal and external review processes. While the current system works, expanding those options would make collaboration with clients and our team even more seamless. The platform can also be a little costly as more users are added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us manage multiple client accounts in one platform, which saves our team valuable time and reduces the need to jump between tools. The scheduling and content calendar keep campaigns consistent and on track, while the reporting features give us professional insights we can share directly with clients to show results. Overall, it allows us to stay organized, deliver better service to our clients, and scale our social media management more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to plan out our social content on multiple channels. I also love being able to duplicate our posts and then edit them for different audiences. It really saves time. I also love the reports and analytics I can get from Sprout to analyze what we are doing across our channels and make changes according to our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Sprout Social had Nextdoor available to schedule out. It's a pain having to go to that platform and organically post. Plus, it would be nice to include it in our analytics that we get from Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is a time saver for sure. It helps me with productivity. The ease of scheduling and pulling analytics also saves time. I love that I can compare different time periods within the analytics as well.

A Helpful Tool That Makes My Job Easier

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite sprout social feature is the reports tool. Everything from adding tags for segmenting posts types to looking back to posts from 2013 for inspiration, has been very helpful in my role at my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Sprout was a little faster at adapting to changes on each platform they support. For example, you can't add 20 photos to an instagram post yet and you can't upload short 4k videos because of the size restraints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to easily keep a finger on the pulse of the conversation around our brand. Once we set up our smart inbox it was very simple to review our companies mentions all in one place.

Navigable and Efficient, Ideal for Managing Multiple Clients

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social for its easy and accessible connection of multiple social media profiles, which makes the platform navigable and powerful. It's my favorite software due to its clean layout, ability to view scheduled posts easily, receive notifications of posting failures and cleanly reconnect profiles efficiently. Its interface is also user-friendly for both beginners and experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup process a bit confusing, particularly with connecting over 70 client profiles. Integrating personal LinkedIn and Facebook accounts with company profiles was challenging and involved a cumbersome amount of back-and-forth communication. I wish Sprout Social offered a more straightforward connection system to reduce this hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social simplifies client management, making it easy to search clients, schedule posts, and resolve posting issues. Its clean layout and navigation suit all user levels, enhancing efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout meets all our needs when it comes to social planning and tracking. I primarily rely on the calendar feature, which makes it much easier to organize and schedule our monthly content. Sharing out is especially useful with the dynamic links. If we make changes, our team can see the changes without having to send a new link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I have to log in every single time I visit the site and wait for a log-in code to my e-mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have clear visibility in what the social team is posting which helps me do my job.

What do you like best about the product?
The webpage is fairly easy to navigate, creating social posts have straight forward steps and fields to fill out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tags don't always work, which means you have to log into the social media platform when a post goes live to fix the people tagged. Editing and reshaping photos can be tricky, and once you crop a picture, there's no easy way to undo it. I wish there were preset the correct shapes for images to crop to what the post will actually look like. Sometimes I crop to 4:3 but then the post itself crops it even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
drafting and posting LinkedIn post is all we use it for. But looking at post performance is helpful as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to schedule social posts across multiple accounts and have full visibility of the calendar. The metrics are very user-friendly and tell me what I need to know about performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many AI integrations within the drafting tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me track which topics are performing best with our audience through the tagging features. This allows me to make more informed decisions in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I think is most helpful with sprout social is the fact that you only have to make one post and it can go out to all of your social media. Before sprout, I would go to every social media and have to either copy and paste or adapted to fit that one specifically and so this makes it really easy to just put one post in and have it delivered to all the platforms that you wanted to be delivered to. I also really like that. It has the feature where you’re able to click the time that is gonna get you the most views instead of having to kind of guess what time you want to post and what time is best for your audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven’t come across many downsides of using sprout social. But I do think one thing I struggle with is navigating it so when there’s comments on the post, sometimes I have troubles getting notified that there were comments and then getting to the page it sometimes kind of difficult. But overall it has everything you would need. It just is a little confusing to navigate the whole page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that sprout is solving for me is having to post in different areas. Now I’m able to just post on one platform to get the message out and I love that I can just duplicate the post and edit the caption if needed for a different platform so if I need a shorter caption for X and then I’m able to just duplicate it instead of having to redo the whole thing. I also love that I can talk to my team directly in it instead of having to message everyone individually I can just send a message to the whole team and everyone will be on that post and know exactly what I’m talking about.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has changed the way that I manage our social media platforms and helped to optimize scheduling in so many ways. Having the ability to see a whole calendar view and toggle through the whole year and save notes on the same platform to have everything in one place has been a huge time saver for me. The "Instagram Grid Planner" has become my best friend and if you are a visual person like me, it will be your best friend too! Sprout has a user-friendly platform that is visually appealing and easy to manage while still having top-of-the-line reporting and analytics to dive deeper into your social media management. Not to mention, the support team has been excellent in providing assistance when needed and keeping us updated on all new features and rollouts throughout the year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would like to see more of from Sprout is more Ai functions and caption assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to have everything in one platform and schedule content in advance through a visually appealing and user-friendly product.

Helpful platform for managing social accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is highly intuitive, which makes scheduling posts across multiple accounts straightforward. I appreciate how it collects all notifications from different accounts and organizes them in one place for easy review. The analytics are both helpful and user-friendly. We have been customers for years and have never felt the need to look for an alternative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all new features from social platforms are integrated quickly enough—for instance, on Sprout Social, you can only upload up to 10 images for an Instagram post, even though Instagram itself allows more. Occasionally, my accounts disconnect from the platform without any clear reason, but reconnecting is generally straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing posts across several social media accounts has become much easier. By connecting all our client accounts through Sprout Social, we can schedule posts as far in advance as necessary. If we didn’t have Sprout Social, we would have to log in to each client account separately and post directly on each platform, which would be far more time-consuming. Using Sprout Social saves us a significant amount of time.
