A year of great experiences!
What do you like best about the product?
So many things - overall the tool has been so incredibly helpful for my team in terms of streamlining processes, saving time and reporting better. It's helped us advocate for different social strategies, explain best practices using data and examples, and leveling up our social game.
We also have an amazing support team with Ely and Alex. Aside from meeting monthly to discuss our account, anytime we have random questions or concerns, they are incredibly helpful and quick to respond/solve issues. They made integrating the tool with our current processes really seamless when we first signed and it's been nothing but a breeze ever since.
I'm logged into Sprout almost all day, everyday and never have issues with the site crashing, features not working, or any other issues within the platform. Overall it's been an amazing switch from our previous social management tool!
We also have an amazing support team with Ely and Alex. What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had many issues with Sprout since getting access to the tool a year ago, however, the first thing that comes to mind is the limited options there are for sending automated reports. I've gotten requests from the business asking for daily reporting cadences which isn't possible through Sprout right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined processes was the biggest issue we had before Sprout! We used multiple tools in the past and everything (from scheduling post to monthly reporting) took so long. Adopting Sprout and having everything in a central location, that's easy and efficient to use, has helped our team dramatically.
User-Friendly and Efficient, Yet Needs Faster Comment Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user-friendly Sprout Social is. You can easily learn to use it within a day or two, and if you want to change your focus, it's easy to do that in settings. It consolidates all messages into one inbox, which makes it easier to reply and interact in a timely manner. The initial setup was easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes awhile for comments to drop in from YouTube, which creates slower response times and makes it appear as if we are hours behind on messaging.

Sprout Social consolidates all messages into one inbox, making it easier to reply and interact quickly.
Affordable social tool that lets you monitor your progress
What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboards and the competitor comparison. Not only can you gauge your engagement, you can also measure it against your industry competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they incorporated an AI content measurement tool to see if AI generated posts are better or worse performance and how you can improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy way to measure engagement over time that lowers time spent calculating myself.

I love that you can connect all social media accounts and plan your content all in one place across multiple accounts.

Not being able to provide links in Instagram stories, or schedule multiple stories in advance.

Scheduling ease, smart inbox and search functions, responsive support team, and comprehensive reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to be able to schedule more than 10 images for platforms that allow it, and schedule carousels that include both images and videos.

All comments and dms in one place. Apples to apples reporting.
Great Platform for Scheduling and Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout Social brings all social media management in one place - posting, scheduling, monitoring and social listening. I've been a big user for well over 10 years now. It's easy to set up and integrate accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limits to the number of accounts you can connect at a time. And, the Sprout Link in Bio feature is great, but there are bugs that make it frustrating. There can be delays in content showing up here and links getting dropped (that you assign when scheduling).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be hard pulling reports from multiple places and making it visually appealing. Sprout Social makes that easy with the click of a button.
Seamless social media management
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates many essential social media tasks—scheduling, monitoring, analytics, and engagement—into a single, relatively seamless interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout's features pack a powerful punch, some find understanding its full potential a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes all my social media activities into one platform – scheduling posts, monitoring conversations, responding to messages, and analyzing performance across different networks.
