Truly enjoy using Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place. From reviews to posting to analytics, it's helpful that everything is visible there so nothing gets forgotten!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the profiles get disconnected frequently and you have to reconnect them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving the ability to manage multiple different accounts and profiles in once space. Instead of having to use Meta Business Suite and bounce between profiles, im able to easily change which profile i'm looking for while already being logged in.
Sprout is gamechanger in the social media realm
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to be able to schedule my content in advance and preview what our feed will look like before it even goes live! There is no way I would be able to manage as many accounts as I do (13) without a tool like Sprout Social. The analytics make it easy for me to see what is resonating with our audience. The ability to connect my phone so that I get notifications when we get comments or DMs is also a lifesaver and allows me to be super responsive on our pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there was a way to connect sprout and meta more seamlessly although I understand that this may not be possible. Sometimes our reels scheduled through sprout will not connect the appropriate music, leaving our videos with no sound or sometimes being flagged for copyright. I tend to manually post our reels because of this. I also use meta to boost many of our posts and I wish there was a way to integrate our analytics for the boosted posts with the analytics that Sprout provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves many problems for me! It solves the time consuming nature of manually posting and manually combing through analytics on meta. It benefits me because I am able to stay on top of multiple accounts and provide analytics to my supervisors when asked.

not being able to upload different types of content. it can only be a series of photos or one video. We are not able to use instagram to its full capacity on sport

Sprout Social’s listening tools are excellent, allowing me to easily keep up with what’s trending online. Scheduling posts is simple and stress-free, and the platform consistently feels stable and dependable whenever I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is excellent overall, but I have encountered problems with connected platforms occasionally disconnecting without warning. Reconnecting these platforms is not always simple, and sometimes it requires several attempts or assistance from support to resolve the issue. This can be especially frustrating when working under tight deadlines.

It’s a huge time-saver and makes social media feel manageable instead of overwhelming.

Decent at everything we need, generally good uptime, transparency about roadmaps and product issues, receptive to feedback.

Continues to be a jack of all trades and master of some. Some features surge ahead and some don't keep up as fast as others in the marketplace.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has quickly become one of my favorite tools at work thanks to its intuitive and user-friendly design. Managing multiple accounts is straightforward and never feels overwhelming, which is a huge plus. I particularly value the detailed scheduling options, as they allow me to control the timing and strategy of my posts while remaining easy to use. Whether I’m planning content weeks ahead or making last-minute changes, Sprout Social keeps me organized and efficient.

The reporting delivers clear, comprehensive insights that make it simple to track performance and share results with my team. While Sprout Social provides many valuable features, there are a few areas where I believe it could be enhanced. The social listening tools, for instance, seem unnecessarily complex and can be challenging to navigate. Rather than offering a quick overview of social sentiment and brand health, the interface is so busy that it becomes difficult to quickly locate the insights I’m looking for. A more straightforward and streamlined dashboard would make it much easier to spot trends at a glance, allowing for deeper analysis only when needed.
I also encounter some difficulties with the approval process in my department. When I send posts to our internal communications manager for review, her only options are to approve or reject them. It would be extremely useful if she could make minor edits directly and then save the post as a draft for me to review and finalize. This change would save us both time and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth. Overall, Sprout Social is a solid platform, but these adjustments would make it even more efficient and user-friendly.

Streamlines Social Media with a Few Integration Gaps
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts, reporting performance, and monitoring socials for my company. Sprout allows me to stay organized and plan ahead so I don't have to manually post. It has excellent reporting tools where I can tag posts to get detailed performance tracking. I like that I can create tags to get detailed tracking on social posts. I also like how the post performance data is laid out, making it easy to compare performance periods.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout doesn't stay up to date with the in-platform features. For example, when scheduling a TikTok I can't include a sound, when scheduling an Instagram carousel I can't include a sound or do a video and a photo, or adjust the ratios. If I'm scheduling a LinkedIn post on a personal account I can't tag other personal accounts.

I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts, reporting performance, and monitoring socials. It keeps me organized, allows planning ahead, and offers excellent reporting tools for detailed performance tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Great support team and super helpful to let stakeholders get a better view of social marketing efforts without having to give out info for account security.

We didn't get enough out of the social listening tool/crawler.

To really dig deeper into social media analytics.
Great for small teams
What do you like best about the product?
It’s super user friendly, good for small teams who may need streamlined workflows, and very helpful when pulling and assessing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside from scheduling and data analytics, some of the other features (e.g. tagging, competitor analysis) are not as intuitive to users.

Data analysis, looking at trends for individual accounts, scheduling.
