Usability is Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for the site. The site is well organized.

Responding to social media posts and comments in an organized manner
My personal favorite social planning app all in one!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Sprout is that, as a social media manager who runs socials completely by myself, I need to have a great plan for the week and Sprout makes that so easy. I love that everything I need to do my job is in one spot! Not only was it easy to get started with Sprout, the team there made everything so simple with all of the help that they gave. They made sure to tailor their focuses onto what I would need for daily use. They helped me set everything up and made it seamless for me to transfer my assets and social accounts onto their platform. Sprout has become a part of my everyday routine at this point! I don't think I'd be able to work without it at this point!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides that I have experienced with Sprout are the features that are app specific. Things like stickers, in-app features, and linking to capcut on TikTok would be great to have but because of the limitations, its virtually impossible. However, besides these features, Sprout has everything that I have ever wanted!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've solved efficiency in all ways in my book. Before, it took me 9 hours in a day to just plan, create, post, and report for social posts. Now, I can get all of it done within a few hours and have time to plan out with more thought behind it.
Easy to Use, Accessible
What do you like best about the product?
I love the 'best times' feature that allows me to simply pick the times that would be post for posting for my specific audience. It removes the need for me to measure when most users are most likely to come across the post. I also appreciate the ability to view how it would look after posting (the right-hand side).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I were able to tag LinkedIn accounts that I'm not following, and tag accounts on any platform in an easier way without having to know the exact username of the account I'd like to tag. I also wish you could change the metadata for a link posted to X the way you can do so for Facebook and LinkedIn (changing the thumbnail).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes all social media platforms accessible from one place rather than having to log into each one, write a new post for each, format images and tags for each differently - when instead, I'm able to do all of that in one go, saving time from my other work responsibilities. It also allows me to connect with industry experts or readers who leave comments on our posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it brings all the social media streams to one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently that the link to Zendesk does not allow for answering from Zendesk back to Sprout once a ticket has been created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing for us to get the customer feed back from other means than just calls and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprout for 5+ years now, and it's always been my favorite. I appreciate the easy UX and in-depth reporting features. It helps us spot trends and metrics in ways native tools cannot. I always recommend no matter agency or in-house.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, you can upload things natively that you can't on Sprout. That's occasionally annoying

Sprout helps us seamlessly plan, schedule and publish content on a daily basis. I LOVE the reporting features, especially the tags. It makes a tedious tasks a million times easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. The analytical components are incredible and are what really sold me.
What do you dislike about the product?
IT can be a little overwhelming at first because they are so many utilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us measuere the impactfulness of our socialmedia marketing in a way that other content managers cannot.

I think the platform is very easy to navigate. it makes scheduling social media posts very efficient.

there isn't really anything that I can think of that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes scheduling multiple social media post across different platforms easier. It also saves me a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use on both desk top and mobile and ability to draft and schedule posts is a great feature. You can easily amend scheduled post times / dates. Different views for week, month or year allow you to clearly see scheduled posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there is nothing I do not like about Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. While managing social posts while working in a sales role, Sprout takes a lot of time off my hands in terms of scheduling and choosing post times. You can easily track metrics such as engagement and use this data to tweak future posts. If something changes it is easy to switch a post to a different date and time, simply by click & dragging on a post and selecting a new date.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that they stay on top of functionality in native platforms + have advanced social listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only capability I would like to see is deeper TikTok integration and listening. Particularly in the comments!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use sprout for posting, reporting, social listening, and analytics.
Helpful post preview before publishing
What do you like best about the product?
I love the post preview feature. Before hitting publish or scheduling, I can see exactly how the post will of last - minute formatting issues or unexpected layouts.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. Previewing give me peace of mind
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
products/sprout-social/reviews only find out something looked off after it was published. Now, I know what it I'll look like in advance and make quick edits if needed.
