Efficient and easy!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and the quality of the reports.
I use it everyday to check comments, scheduling etc and it was a game changer, I really love their "best time to post" feature.
Their customer support is always very helpful and ready to help.

I wish they would add more features like scheduling stories but being able to add stickers / polls etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get all the comments we get on social media, all in one place to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we have all in one. That we can see public and private reviews at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Sprout is very helpful. As in any tool that you use, it is very important to do a thorough background check beforehand before responding to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That we have to locate other tickets easily. That we can see the history of conversations more easily.l

The Social Listening feature, as you have a lot of cool insights from it.

I don't like how you can't edit content posted through the platform, if you want to fix a typo in a caption, for example.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sprout Social tool and Employee Advocacy tool are a great combination to amplify your message to increase brand awareness and easily coordinate your social calendar. The reporting capabilities gives you great insight on engagement and how you are growing your presence across platforms. My implementation manager Jane was great to work with building confidence in the team to get full use of this product suite.

Looking forward to future product capabilities for social listening on Linked-In.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout will give us better visibility to our social prescence and make it easier to respond to comments which will increase our engagement.
Enterprise level features, without the high price tag.
What do you like best about the product?
From onboarding and training to day-to-day operations Sprout shines with ease of use and keeping you organized. The feature set is exactly what you need without overpaying for what you don't need. Ease of implementation was important in our final decision and converting the trial version to account saved a lot of time. Also their customer support is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any negative experiences with Sprout. Perhaps the mobile version could be a little more robust, but hardly a complaint.

Streamlining social posts across multiple channels. The calendar feature and campaign tagging helps us to see where we are, and what we have posted. Reporting is also important to us, as well as monitoring competitors.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It is a visually appealing, easy to use platform. The training with the Sprout team is very helpful and with 15 seats, our team is able to post, report, and understand our social media better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love if we could post to Bluesky from the platform.

Sprout Social is the Ferrari of Social Media Software
What do you like best about the product?
If you're on the hunt for a social media management software, look no further. Sprout is the best of the best. Sprout Social makes it incredibly easy to manage multiple accounts across different platforms, and with their robust reporting capability, analyzing your strategy is easier than ever. The asset library is one of my favorite features, allowing me to store content to use on a 'rainy day' as well as hashtags for your Instagram first comment. The smart inbox organizes all your messages, allowing you to review and prioritize quickly. The smart inbox has gone a long way in helping me remove spam messages, and focus on actual customers. Sprout also makes it very easy to export reports & your content calendars to send to the rest of your team. Sprout is truly worth every penny, and I wouldn't use any other platform for social media management!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing I dislike is the fact that you can't have two people logged into the same account at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage accounts for 10 different car dealerships, so Sprouts organizational capabilities go a very long way in helping me schedule, analyze and post content across all the stores. Sprout's reporting also provides much more detail than the native reporting from the platform, allowing me to analyze my strategy in greater detail.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Sprout, so much so that I really pushed for it when I made the move from my old job to my current one. The interface is really easy to use, it looks really nice, and we're able to really have an almost "one stop shop" so social post scheduling. I use it every day, multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I do really wish I could do with Sprout would be to edit the post copy for multiple channels at once when scheduling a post. Currently, I just "schedule and duplicate" each post, but it would be nice to just be able to just adjust the copy for each post in one go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have four social media channels that we regularly post on, and Sprout makes it easy to schedule out content on all of them in one spot.
