I've really enjoyed my experience with Sprout and would recommend to others in the social space!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different ways to toggle on the side depending on publishing, community engagement, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I used Sprinklr in the past and found the listening dashboards easier to use since you could see more on a page at a time, versus having to scroll for each widget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one stop shop for a handful of our brands. We use it mostly for scheduling posts for multiple brands/channels and for also listening on those brands to engage with consumers
Easy to use and does everything we need
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprout at 3 different companies, I love how easy it is to use. It makes scheduling posts across multiple platforms super simple and gives good data insights on our performance over time. The team is also very proactive and supportive with any questions or renewals we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints really, I haven't used some of the newer more advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to coordinate/schedule posts in advance and gain insights on performance.
Reliable, intuitive and consistent
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout not only looks great, but is simple to use whilst providing advanced analytical information & a reliable publishing process. As someone who has tried many other platforms as a social media manager, honestly nothing compares! The customer service is also great, with the account manager being super helpful and knowledable, and the customer service querey team also being speedy and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little that I don't like about Sprout, with only really minor features e.g. not being able to change captions when posting the same thing across different platforms being things I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organise publishing efficiently, and gives me an accurate and consistent source for analytics that I use to create reports for my team and for clients. It's clean, obvious and it's so easy to filter specific dates. A real bonus is being able to see progress and compare with previous dates and periods.
Big Sprout Social fan!
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is incredibly intuitive and beautifully designed. All the right bells and whistles are there for a social media manager to be effective, and their customer support is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only limitations I've ever had are based on API issues with the platforms themselves, not Sprout. They are always ahead of the game compared to other tools.

Awesome Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love this tool, because the reports let me know the impact my socials networks reached, and also We can plan good campaigns to get good engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website is slow, I don't lknow is my internet, but most of the time is a great experience using this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helped me to take the control all of my social media.
Great features to keep social on autopilot
What do you like best about the product?
I love the RSS integration and scheduling queue and optimization based on engagement times. This has been key on setting improved engagement over the last quarter since we've switched over.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to add social profiles. Threads has been difficult to add. When will BlueSky be available?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves scheduling for engagement and adding content from aligned newsrooms as they publish. It keeps our feed content rich.
The onboarding and customer service deserve a gold star, A+
What do you like best about the product?
I haven't had a lot of time to dig into everything, but the onboarding was very comprehensive and helpful. Some of the other services we use email us constantly (to the point of excessiveness), but sprout, social has been great about the frequency of their communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been having trouble with my login and password, but that might have something to do with the fact that we purchased the service for one user. But I work from my home computer and the office one, and I think being signed on in both was causing issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a small business, and i'm the first in-house marketing person they have ever had. Getting them on board with the value of social media has been a struggle. Since everybody that works here is very analytical. The analytics and clear and concise, social media reports have been very helpful improving to my boss, that what we're doing is effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling features and dthe indepth analytics I can pull from my posts. It has helped me schedule out content, knowing my post will go out without any type of errors, glitches, or changes. It is such a smooth and clean platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is being unable to add collaborators for a Facebook post from Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has helped me solved the organizing of my posts. I like that I can filter and add specific tags to my posts, especially for campaigns or initatives. I can easily find posts of a similar theme or from the same campaign when I tag them, and then see the analytics from those specifically. I like that I can see and manage multiple social platforms and accounts all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is very easy to use, you don't need to know much about this ol program to be able to use it. I enjoy it a lot for school work

Some features are hidden. So it makes it difficult to find
