It's very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is very easy to use, you don't need to know much about this ol program to be able to use it. I enjoy it a lot for school work

Some features are hidden. So it makes it difficult to find

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a user-friendly tool with an easy-to-navigate interface for new users like me. I particularly like to use the scheduling tool to plan monthly posts for all social media accounts in one place. The analytics help me make data-driven decisions. The optimal posting time suggestions are a game-changer for getting increased engagement. And the teamwork features, like assigning tasks and leaving comments, make it easy to stay on the same page with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to post GIFs. Also, if an image doesn't fit the criteria (too large or wrong aspect ratio), it's helpful to make those changes within the tool, but the tool itself could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting across social channels 3x/week. I can go in and set up the entire month in advance.

I dislike how there are some bugs but none to bad.

Simple & Easy feature rich and affordable!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has transformed the way that I manage my social media accounts and engagement. It was an easy and straight forward onboarding and integration and the training was simple and comprehensive.The customer support and response times are excellent and we are regular users of the platform. Absolutely no complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, I would like to ability to edit caption per channel in the publishing section, but an easy request to the tea mand they have put it in for consideration as a feature. Fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting function is fantastic, especially the built-in reports and the ability to report on tags and other campaign specifics really easily. I love the smart inbox, and the cases functionality, which has really helped us manage our channels well.
Sprout Social's analytics reports save me so much time
What do you like best about the product?
I like to keep my marketing team + other teams + leadership team in the loop on all things social media and Sprout Social's analytics and reports make it so much easier to share across my organization. I use the feature once a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could add accounts that aren't business accounts.

It is saving me hours of combing through every social media platform to create analytics reports.
The best tool for social media teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to load videos directly into Sprout, the al features that help us with alt text and scheduling out posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the hefty expense for nonprofits, although there is a discount for nonprofits. But for many grassroots nonprofits, Sprout would be out of their budget.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Sprout Social. I love how easy it is to see everything in one place, which greatly simplifies my work as a marketing assistant managing social media for three different brands. This comprehensive view allows me to efficiently gather all insights and comments, enabling me to respond and escalate items appropriately. The platform's user-friendly interface helps me understand insights effortlessly, making it straightforward to address all the comments our brands receive. These features significantly enhance my productivity and streamline my social media management tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm upset with the new authentication since it has to send an email and get a code - it's time-consuming and annoying to do this every time.

I use Sprout Social to efficiently gather insights and manage comments for three brands, making it easy to understand and respond from a single platform.
Sprout is our favorite tool when it comes to Social Media posting, listening and planning.

This isn't bad, but there are just so many features, it take time to acquaint yourself with everything and know when new features and tools are added and how to properly utiliize them.

What do you like best about the product?
I can see all posts from all my accounts that are going on a calendar and click to edit any from there. I'm a visual person so this is a must for me!

Easy and efficient social media management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can schedule in advance on sprout and see it all laid out. It's easy to schedule, preview and adjust content, both organic and paid. I also like the social listening capabilities, especially getting a sentiment rating.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I like the AI capabilities offered, I feel they could be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to see what content is best resonating with our users and when. Knowing what times users are most active is key to engaging with them a the proper times. Plusr being able to schedule content in advance helps us use time more efficiently.
