Sprout is a gamechanger

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been a game changer for our team. I find it to be very user friendly and intuitive to navigate, but with a really robust set of features that allow my team to do more and more of our work on just one platform. The customer support is just excellent, I get thorough and helpful responses from them very quickly. I can't imagine using another platform at this point.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't Sprout's fault, but TikTok still makes it difficult to schedule their content or schedule a link in bio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy for me to analyze our performance and share out learnings.

Industry-Leading Reporting, Seamless Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social's reporting capabilities to be dramatically better and trustworthy, surpassing individual platform reports, which often seem biased. Setting it up was easy, and the ability to access reliable reports both for my traffic and competitors is invaluable. Their reporting truly stands out as a critical feature that keeps me with Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer having access to every feature as a power user, so I can review them comprehensively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social provides me industry-standard reporting that's unbiased, helping me manage my social media team effectively and keep track of both my and competitors' traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is easy to use and has so many features. It saves us so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features I wish were available that I've communicated to our CSM. Hoping for improvements in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of accessibility and range of features on offer. The team is also always adding more features, making our lives so much easier as social media managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social listening and sentiment tracking could be improved (but I know these are on the horizon!)
Content planning and approvals are also tricky through Sprout - however I believe there's a Trello integration that can help streamline this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to manage multiple social media accounts for clients.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how you can preschedule posts and compare other accounts to yours through reports! Also, whenever I've had an issue the customer service team has been incredibly responsive, which has been highly appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of at the moment that I dislike about Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure what kind of problems they are solving but I know their services have benefitted our social media channels tremendously! Being able to post on multiple platforms at the same time has been so valuable for us!

Great all-in-one software for small social teams

What do you like best about the product?
How I only need one software for reporting, scheduling, social listening, and influencer management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all features are integrated into the scheduling piece, so I still sometimes publish content manually, e.g. adding music to IG carousels, tagging accounts in reels, adding categories to reels, adding text to stories, etc. Also, content sometimes fails which can be stressful as an SMM.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Sprout Social makes it so we don't have to manually publish posts for over 20 clients every day, which simplifies our workflow. The reporting feature is accurate and reliable, which is really important for us. I like that the communication is clear and if there's ever a problem or reason for a post error, we're made aware immediately. This communication helps us stay on top of any profile disconnections, post issues, or reporting problems that we may not be aware of yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would allow more than 10 photos to be posted at a time on Facebook, and also that they would allow a video and photo combo post on Facebook. It would be nice to see features that you can do within the app to be also done through Sprout Social. The way Facebook allows you to post more than 10 photos, it would make things a lot easier if Sprout Social could do the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to automate post scheduling for 20+ clients daily, with accurate reporting. It alerts us to profile disconnections and post issues, ensuring clear communication and immediate awareness of problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Calendar view and performance reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot jump to subsections such as post performance without first being in the reports tab. Makes going between publishing and reports tabs and others a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all social media profiles into one platform for better management and review.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout allows me to see all of my social media accounts in one place and manage them...but that is hardly my favorite part about the company. My actual favorite part is the supportive team and the innovation that is occurring. When I started as a team of one, the platform had more features than I could even find the time to explore, but since our team has expanded, I continue to find more value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Sprout has not solved the problem of not getting data from LinkedIn. But this is not unique to Sprout, and my hopes actually remain really high that if anyone is going to solve it - it might be them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main reason I use Sprout these days is for Listening and Reporting. Much like the reason I use ChatGPT frequently, I don't have the time to spend on certain tasks anymore. Manually pulling metrics into reports is one of those tasks that would burn an entire week if I had to do it manually. I also enjoy that we added Professional Services this year, which allowed me to further gain value from Sprout by allowing their experts to create more in depth Listening searches and reports than we had time to do ourselves.

Best Publishing & Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
My two favorite things about Sprout the planning and reporting functions. Being able to plan content and see at a glance what the cadence and grid looks like is important. Love the tagging capabilities for categorizing content and being able to pull reports on tags/categories/campaigns. The reports are simple and quick to get key metrics. I am in Sprout every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a ton of features and not all are needed. The inbox is great to see notifications and activity, but I wish it was two-way such that if you interacted in the native platform it would get completed and not show in the inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a team of one, so it is helpful for me to stay organized and schedule content.
