What do you like best about the product?
I love the campaign feature and scheduling ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their educational opportunities (on the Arb) were housed inside of the Sprout platform all in one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to pull reports much faster, allows multiple people to be able to schedule and look at numbers without having to have everyone have the social logins on their phone/desktop.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly the platform is, even with its advanced features.

When working with your support team, if they go through email, it's hard to understand who you are speaking with.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to cross-post my content across channels, and review and respond to inboxes (DMs and comments/tags) in one place. It makes managing our social channels incredibly easy and saves heaps of time. The 'optimal time' feature is really useful too - and seems to be working as our engagement rates have gone up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could re-post within the Sprout platform itself - we often get tagged and it would be nice to be able to re-post without having to go onto the external channels. I also wish you could create LinkedIn Articles within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media performance (organic and paid) used to take me ages as I'd have to jump between platforms, gather data, and create graphs myself. Now I can see everything all together in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
You can use Sprout Social on a basic level and still benefit from features that help you organize ideas, automatically schedule posts, and run simple metrics on post performances from different platforms like FB, Insta, X. The reports are easy to pull and data can be looked at in different ways. Also, Sprout Link in Bio makes it easy to add a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm making a copy of a post to use on a different platform (copying Insta post to use for FB or X), it automatically removes any link I had in the Sprout Link in Bio field, forcing me to find, copy and paste the link again for FB and X post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us manage our social media posts on different platforms and allows us to easily analyze performance through the user-friendly metrics tools. The charts are often presentation-ready as well. We are a small team and looking for efficiencies everywhere so Sprout Social helps us optimize our time.

Sprout Social allows me to track data that I can bring to my client to show success. It also allows me to update my strategy based on the data I see.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the admin experience is easy-to-use and sophisticated. I'm able to easily provide analytics to shareholders and to plan content across our social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support could be better. While they are responsive and the engineers do implement changes to the platform based on user requests, there is somewhat of a revolving door of customer success managers and they aren't super proactive. They are highly open to feedback, though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps my lean team and me stay organized across multiple platforms for a business with 3,400 employees. It helps me easily report analytics to various stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox, publishing tools and case manager. The application is very user friendly and easy to quickly implement.
We use this application daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not as accurate as what we can pull from the native platforms.
It's frustrating that some social platforms only have reporting and not smart inbox and vice versa
It's not great that we don't have a customer success manager anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the Smart Inbox it helps us stay on top of all the message across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has more features packed into one tool than any other software of its kind that I have come across. It allows for easy cross-posting, UTM tracking and in-depth analytics, all of which are presented as simply and intuitively as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main dashboard is a little overwhelming, lots of icons and menus, and I probably only use about 20% of what is on there. I've had a few issues with failed posts, particularly on vacation, which is frustrating. Also it currently lacks Bluesky integration, though I know they're working on that. Customer support was changed from one-to-one calls with an account manager to a suite of online FAQs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to look at traffic across all channels has saved us so much time, as has the SproutLink function, which means we don't have to use Linktree anymore. The analytics function has also saved time scraping data from the individual channels, and allows us to present reports in a simpole and aesthetically pleasing way for other stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout is constantly working to stay ahead of the curb and offer new features. Their chat support is always so reliable and great about following up. Sprout's tools are easy to use and train new team members on.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there isn't much! I do wish that the lower tiers had a bit more customization for reports, but understand why that is not the case!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling, reporting, photo editing, publishing. It definitely streamlines our processes and allows us to be a bit more hands off because we trust that Sprout will get our content posted.
