As a social media customer experience supervisor, I use Sprout Social on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate, ut I love the listening and reporting side of it. The graphs and how easy it is to build reports are really amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. Sprout always has an upgrade and the team (Kelsey Wallace-Beer, Maddison Materson, and Schuyler Wuerth) always look for ways to facilitate our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout facilioatates the use of integrating sprout into salesforce where is where Chambrlain has all its contacts. Not only are we able to see in our end if the customer has called but if they have been a repeat caller and if their customers are being answered and experience is satisfactory.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the use of AI and helpful suggestions when it comes to writing social media captions for multiple account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the system experiences bugs, and a scheduled post may fail to go through if the file size is too large.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool allows several users to schedule posts ahead of time simultaneously.
Love Sprout for Community Management
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of the top community management tools have very similar features, but what stands out to me about Sprout is a) ease of use b) exceptional support team. I've used many different tools and one of the most frustating things is when your contact at the tool doesn't seem to understand how to use it (and has to loop in a bunch of other teams just to get to an answer). With Sprout, I can always contact one person who gets back to me quickly with an answer that actually solves my problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small features I'd love from them, like the ability to remove mentions with a specific tag from a smart inbox, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout gives us a super easy way to see all of our social mentions in one place and quickly and easily respond.
I have been a user for 6 months and it was a great switch from SOCi

Our teams love the schedule post feature for mass posting

The reporting seems more complex than it needs to be

Our weekly social media posting is done through the calendar. We also report on the the analytics each month.
Most comprehensive and easy to use platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact they it is very user friendly as well as the customer service agents are quick to respond and the training is very easy to understand. It is the only calednar that I use and love working with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more features. For instance - choosing a photo folder on social network to be added. Instead of the photos just being added to the sm feed.

I recently learned that I could use Sprout to help my SM listening. It has been a phenomenal help.
Social Management Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
The publishing feature is superb! It makes scheduling, modifying, deleting, drafting, and moving posts incredible easy--especially for multi-admin use.
I use Sprout every single day and have never had an issue. It was easy to implement, thanks to the wonderful customer service provided for both the primary admin portal and EA usage. And it was incredible easy to integrate it into our day-to-day workflow.
The Employee Advocacy feature has also been a game-changer for our firm. It has helped us increase organic growth and promote LinkedIn usage, which is essential for our seller-doer business model.

There are lots of feaures we don't use on Sprout. That doens't mean we dislike them. They're just not applicable for our use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us save time. We're a very small team of two with no full-time social media support, so Sprout played an integral role in building our social media practice. We didn't and couldn't have one without Sprout Social!

Sprout is a leading social media tool
What do you like best about the product?
The realiability and customer service are amongst the most notable benefits of signing up for Sprout. I don't have to worry about accounts getting disconnected or failed posts. If that happens, their support team is so quick to help and get you back on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of room for improvement in the social listening area. I'd like to be able to add exclusions without having to worry the entire topic will reset and I may lose old data. It's a great feature generally and it picks up lots of useful discussions. Hopefully it will offer even more LinkedIn data in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It not only saves me lots of time, but it provides such detailed data. We started using it a year ago and I can access ALL the social media data from the past few years, which I didn't expect. The reports are simply fantastic. The post reports allow you to go into so much detail about the content and find old posts so easily. From a data perseverance, it must be the best social media tool of its kind.
Urser Friendly and easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that our customer care team and social manager can utilize Sprout for their various needs. The ability to have multiple users is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limit on how many social channels you can have based on the package you pay for. I feel some features should be universal especially when it comes to grouping campaigns and post type as far as the topic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to customer care and social manager use the same platform, instead of paying for different platforms. Also allows us to pre-schedule social content very easily.
Social Media A Controlled Chaos
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is clearly designed with Social Media Managers in mind. The platform is consistently evolving and becoming more innovative. Planning and data analysis are straightforward and efficient. As a one-person social team, I need to maximize my productivity, and I rely on Sprout everyday. Its features, such as SproutLink in bio, the ability to toggle a single post across multiple platforms, and the AI Alt Text Generator, have helped me streamline my workflow. The arb has also been a powerful networking tool and a great resource for finding information quickly. The available webinars have helped me improve my skills. The implementation process was smooth and very informative, and the customer support team has been phenomenal, proactively reaching out to ensure everything is working well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frustrating that I can't add trending sounds from certain platforms before posting, or use features like stickers, polls, quizzes, and links in stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to pull data quickly. It allows me to answer questions quickly for departments when they inquire about recent or old post. The tagging feature has saved me so much time being able to pull specific post from each department.
Best Social Scheduler
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very helpful and efficient in social media management. I have used four others and this is the best. I like how it is user friendly, has ai suggestions, has suggested times to post, can shorten links, and easy to upload content saved from our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only dislike troubleshooting when there is an issue. It might be because our corporate office manages our accounts, but it would be good to handle at the local level with support.
