So many powerful tools, so little time.
What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing all of my scheduled posts across all the platforms in one place and the robust reporting tools are imperative to justifying my job! Their customer service chat is so helpful and prompt. I know I'm talking to a real human.
What do you dislike about the product?
The challenges for a one person marketing team are justifying the cost for all the extras that could be more beneficial to our social output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a one person marketing team, Sprout Social makes all the pieces of the social marketing puzzle work fast and seamlessly. I love the new integration with Canva!
Easy, functional, thorough
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to use Sprout for scheduling social posts for our organization. With the use of the calendar link feature, I am able to share our social schedule with all employees through the link feature. All of the features make my workflow super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike, if anything, there are more features than what I need, so there are a lot of features that tend to go unused for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates all of our inboxes into one place, making my job much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is crucial in my job day-to-day as a global social media manager. It allows me to schedule posts across time zones, networks, and to plan out our content well in advance. The support team is always there if you need it, and anyone I have ever had a conversation with is fantastic and eager to help if they can. It's easy to use, and makes my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Sprout can be a clunky. It's optimized for the more common social media networks (like TikTok and Instagram), and not so much for LinkedIn, which as a B2B company, is our focus. The features are getting better, for sure, but it's been slow to catch up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me schedule, plan, and track our social media content and results across multiple networks. It saves me tons of time compiling information, feedback, and statistics.
Straightforward Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout lets me easily aggregate all of my brand's social profiles in one place, as well as individual profiles for executives, so my team can manage all of our social posting, monitoring, and responding in one go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout lacks some features I've seen on other platforms, notably the ability to schedule Twitter threads, and there aren't enough listening topics for me to use without having to upgrade our contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines our posting and monitoring, and it also lets us route posts through review workflows for internal approvals and Compliance.
Schedule with ease
What do you like best about the product?
It's a perfect way to schedule all of your posts in advance and ensure that you don't miss a single one. Having the cross-platform metrics in one place is helpful, too, when analyzing and tweaking content. I almost exclusively use it to post all of my content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't update posting features as quickly as on the social media platform. For example, on Instagram, you can now post 20 pictures, while Sprout only allows 10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding the feature to add collaborators really helps when there are multiple accounts in your organization. I no longer have to remember to live-post content when I want a collaborator.
Excellent all-in-one tool for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
The publishing and monitoring pieces of Sprout Social are invaluable when paired together. It's allowed me to catch when an issue is jumping from platform to platform to monitor and pull reports for senior leadership. And it's also allowed me to publish in the same platform where I'm pulling rich data insights. It's extremely helpful to have the ability to create new reports based on which audience I'm sharing with that are easy to create and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to make the most of the platform. If all you know you can do there is publish content, then that's what you're going to use it for when there's actually so much more in the back end that can be done. Even after 5 years I feel like I'm still learning new things about the platform quarterly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to see a full picture of our brand and engagement on social media in one place. The unified inbox is invaluable to see how much traction potential issues are receiving and where conversations are happening.

Streamlined Social Media Management with AI Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Sprout Social is. I also love the AI post caption suggestions and alt text suggestions, which allow me to simplify my workload and spark creativity. These AI features help jumpstart my creativity when I'm stuck on caption ideas and save time when crafting posts. The initial setup was very simple, and our representative from Sprout Social assisted us immediately with any questions we had.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that some of the reporting features delved deeper into insights or allowed me to compare more specific time periods. Some of those features are only available on certain paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to automate scheduling of social media posts, analyze performance to refine strategy, and boost creativity with AI suggestions, saving me time and effort.
Sprout Social delivers on exceptional account management and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sprout Social are the customer care agents behind the online chat and support feature. Their product feature knowledge is strong and they are incredibly good at trouble shooting on the spot. When follow-up is needed, the agents are so good at following up and seeking your confirmation before the ticket is closed out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout Social was more customizable with their reporting widgets - from offering various width sizes of the widgets to customizable colors that appear in the data visualizations to the variety of graphs available and the data intersections that you can plot. Available reporting features are useful but basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The users on our enterprise account vary in roles and skill levels. Sprout Social's user interface is intuitive and easy to use. So, getting our users to actually use the tool is a big benefit so that we can 1) employ governance when needed in times of issues and crisis and 2) measure impact toward our organization's strategic priorities. As well, we use Sprout Social for listening especially in emergencies and for reputation monitoring.
