Great Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to schedule posts across multiple platforms from one seamless location and pull reports from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the inbox set-up can feel a bit messy and hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making my job easier by having everything i need to schedule posts or pull reports in one place! It saves me so much time and headache.

I love that everything is in one place, publishing, calendar, inbox and reports! This has helped out so much

Advocacy tool could be revamped a little!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkedIn messaging isn't part of the Sprout feature, but seems like they are working on it. Will help our customer service team being more efficient by having everything into one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it easy to track and understand our social media performance. I love the detailed metrics and the ability to review weekly performance summaries. It's an invaluable tool for staying on top of trends and improving our social media strategy
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand this might be outside of your control, but it would be incredibly helpful to have buttons or links for seamless story scheduling. Adding this feature would enhance the platform's functionality and make content management even more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We know we can see and spot where the conversations about our company are happening so we can get in there and defend the company.
Great for Social Media Marketing Agencies
What do you like best about the product?
We love using the Smart inbox feature because it makes checking our client's social media accounts so much faster. We also love the publishing & reporting tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly some of the API restrictions, but that's no Sprout Social's fault.

It helps us to check socials faster, respond to reviews timely, plan our calendars & analyize data.

How user friendly it is as well as how many features it provides for me and my team.

I don't like how I can't find tag people on instagram

We post the same content across multiple platforms, so sprout makes my job easier where I can do it all at once and schedule it out
Fantastic software that's reliable, malleable, and comes with great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
By far the best aspect of Sprout Social is the customer service that comes along with it. I've also been enamored by its ability to adapt to working on several different brands or accounts at once. It's a very powerful platform, but quite easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Sprout was a bit quicker with adapting to new implementations of features by social media platforms. It can take some time for the platform to catch up to new features and ways of posting.

Having all of our platforms and brands in one place is a gigantic help.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social streamlines daily social media management tasks. The best part? It's super easy to use and doesn't take long to learn how to use the tool and its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found very few reasons to dislike Sprout Social. Like any tool, you can run into bumps, but overall it's one of the best social media management tools out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the most mundane parts about social media management is scheduling and publishing social media posts. Sprout Social makes it easy to do that all in one place. There are a few limitations when it comes to publishing content on certain platforms, but in my opinion, the tool still remains valuable.

My favorite thing about Sprout Social is its powerful reporting and analytics features! The platform makes it easy to understand, in real-time, which content is performing best. Reporting to executives is quick and seamless, saving me time and effort. Plus, integrating Sprout into my daily social media routine was a breeze—logging in and getting started is as simple as it gets!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more insights from LinkedIn since that is our #1 social media network. For example, showing more of what competitors are sharing on LinkedIn. I think that would be super helpful!

Showcasing what content/posts are performing well so that I can quickly adjust my social media strategy based on that data.
Sprout Social is the all-in-one social acceleration tool
What do you like best about the product?
As an agency, Sprout Social allows our team to manage many clients/account from a single interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using a third-party tool means occasionally you have to reconnect Sprout Social to the platform (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). If you have scheduled posts but have not reconnected your service, your posts may not publish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an agency managing multiple clients' social media efforts, having a single interface with reporting, listening, publishing, and customer self service tools likely saves us on the order of 5-6 hours a week.
