Best Scheduling Software
What do you like best about the product?
As a social media manager for a number of different groups, who use different platforms, I can confidently say that Sprout is the best. It's easy to use and the interface just makes sense!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes updates to platforms are slow to make their way to integrate with Sprout, but the team always make sure it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts on multiple platforms is so, so easy with Sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social's reporting features are a real game-changer for our agency. The platform delivers incredibly detailed social media insights that help us track and demonstrate our performance effectively.
What we love most is how easy it is to dive deep into the data without getting lost in complexity. The dashboards are clean and intuitive, breaking down engagement metrics, audience growth, and content performance in a way that tells a clear story. Instead of drowning in numbers, we can quickly pull out meaningful narratives about our social media strategies.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest gripes are around cost and complexity. It's expensive, especially when you're trying to scale and add more team members or social profiles. The platform can feel overwhelming - there are so many features that it takes real time to train new team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can instantly dive deep into our social media performance, tracking engagement, reach, and audience insights across all platforms. Instead of guessing what's working, we now have precise data that shows exactly how our content performs. The platform breaks down complex metrics into clear, actionable insights. We can see which posts drive the most engagement, understand audience demographics, and track our social media growth with real precision
Great Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is so easy to use. I have never been big on social media and now that I am representing my VP and his leaders, I am excited about creating content that will improve their social media profiles and spread the word about the great things out company is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Still learning about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to create thought leaders out of our executives and expanding their social media presence.
Robust social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The only platform I've used for social media management that truly allows me to do almost all of my scheduling and engagement in one place. I especially like the ability to tag pages on Facebook and LinkedIn, so that I can actually schedule posts in Sprout vs. having to do posts with tags separately in their own platforms. And the smart inbox helps me make sure I'm not missing any comments or messages. I appreciate the frequency with which new features become available as well. The product is constantly being upgraded and improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting was a bit more accurate to the numbers in our analytics on Meta. Also a few functionality things I think could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media is a time suck, and Sprout Social helps us reduce the amount of time spent scheduling posts and engaging with our community.
The social tool that I can't live without
What do you like best about the product?
It limits context-switching and allows me to be more productive. I love that I can manage the majority of my day-to-day within Sprout Social, from scheduling to reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to have an integration into Atlassian's own tool so reporting can be plugged into Confluence, Atlassian Home and Jira
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us with workflow and bandwidth issues since we can schedule in advance and share reporting links with stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Sprout is the consistent and exceptional support I have received. With the assistance of the Sprout team, I have been able to streamline my processes for two different branches located in separate states with ease. Managing posts for multiple profiles across various platforms has never been simpler. The team is also very helpful in introducing new and useful platforms, such as Influencer Marketing and Listening. Sprout is always on top of new changes and educating and communicating it to it's customers - such as the use of Reddit in our changing AI world.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is certainly a learning curve with all the tools, but Sprout offers excellent training courses, live training sessions, and product demos. The support teams and account managers are also exceptional, which really helps make the process smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently expanded into another state, which meant I needed to double our social media output while ensuring it remained consistent and locally relevant for both locations. This process has been made much easier thanks to features like duplication, grouping, and tagging. If I want to, separating reports is also straightforward. We currently have the Listening tool added to our account, and it has been valuable for understanding the overall sentiment surrounding our brand. We are also discussing Influencer Marketing, and that tool is a significant asset if you are seeking a content creator who aligns with your brand. The upcoming implementation of Reddit tools is huge for our team as well!
Makes Social Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Love having a convenient hub for all things social including GMB, Tiktok, Pinterest, Threads, & others. Their Arboretum community is useful for ideas and troubleshooting, and Sprout makes a consistent solid effort to be continually improving/optimizing their site. Their reporting features are robust & easy to use. They have cool AI integrated features like auto captioning for alt-text which, admittedly can be hit or miss on accuracy, but more often than not it's helpful. Love the tagging system for reporting. Use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few downsides, including lack of Instagram story data for reporting, although some of that may have to do with Instagram API. Would love ability to track link clicks on stories through sprout. Sometimes there are glitches which can be annoying, but their support team is very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps everything centrally locatred, especially notifications.

Great Social management platform for multiple channels, posting content, and managing customer contacts on Social Media
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we are not fully aware of why tech issues happen or why spam is coming through. Delete functions are not clear from some post types

Allows us to manage all platforms for multiple brands in one location

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of things to like about Sprout. Personally, I find the "schedule and duplicate" feature SO helpful when creating content as it works much better to adjust wording depending on which social media platform you're posting to. The Listening feature is great as well and helps us keep track of conversations and competition. I've attended a few of their educational webinars and always find them helpful too.

There's not really anything I dislike about Sprout.

It provides a single window into all of our social media platforms and activity and helps us keep track of it all.
Sprout Social is a must-have tool for social media management!
What do you like best about the product?
Its user-friendly interface simplifies scheduling and engagement across platforms, while the robust analytics provide actionable insights to improve strategy. The tagging system is also really easy to use and has made internal workflows and jobs/content management so much easier as I was able to mirror our company's own tagging to sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only "complaint" is that I would love it if it had more LinkedIn analytics and also connections to other social channels such as BlueSky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't really have an issues with Sprout, my rep team is very open to questions and evey time we have an issue they try to fix it or reach out to the developers for more information.
