Sprout Social is very reliable, strong, and customer-focused.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Sprout Social is that you can report, publish, and talk to people all from the same place. I also love the smart inbox because it lets me keep track of every brand mention and respond without having to log into a lot of different accounts. Also, the tags and campaign tracking let me keep track of very specific themes and events for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social’s mobile app isn’t as user friendly as the desktop version, and I often prefer working on my laptop for a smoother experience. It can also feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning, but once you get a live session with support, the learning curve eases up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social saves me an incredible amount of time by consolidating publishing, engagement and analytics in one place and I don’t need to jump between tools anymore. My clients especially value the post approval workflow, which gives them peace of mind before content goes live. Compared to alternatives like eClincher, which I’ve also used, Sprout feels more polished and structured, especially when handling large teams and multiple campaigns at once.

wide array of features were overwhelming at first, especially for us coming from TalkWalker which was a limited social media analytics tool

dashboard is easy to understand for our managers. we also like the notifications about recent post activity as we sign in to the account
Very detailed Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I can really appreciate how many tools Sprout has fit into their platform while still making it very intuitive. I don't usually have much issue finding what I'm looking for despite the many option. I also appreciate the amount of support I've recieved during onboaring. The team has really focused on making sure I'm using the platform to its potential and it's been very easy connecting all our social media accounts to the platform. I pretty much use Sprout every day now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been using Sprout long enough to really find anything that I dislike about it. The only thing I have to compare it to is Hootsuite, and even though I still really like Hootsuite, Sprout is much more beneficial for what I need from this type of platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is making it much easier for me to understand the industry my company is in with its social listening skill. I wasn't very familiar with the industry before, and what is important to our audience, but now I have a better idea and can keep watch on any important news or trends.

Sprout Social has the potential to change the game for my organization!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service has been top-notch. From my sales rep to support chat, everyone is there to help and it is so refreshing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as intuitive as I would have originally thought, so there is a bit of a learning curve. I really appreciate all of the detailed articles and walk-throughs of the site, though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is freeing up capacity for me with scheduling tools. Also, sprout's analytics will be next-level when I start regularly pumping out content.

It's allowing agency to post across platforms with a number of account holders making it efficient for social media management.

What do you like best about the product?
The social listening function on Sprout Social helps us find unique, local stories of generosity and helps us keep brand health on track. By having the ability to listen in on conversations around kindness and generosity, we are better able to shape our internal and external messaging to better align with current themes and sentiment.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't currently use Sprout's scheduling function for social media, as we have another tool that suits our needs better.

Sprout Social is helping us keep a pulse on the sentiment around our brand and find ways to better engage with key audiences.

Great all-in-one social tool, but the price can be a blocker
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use and quick to set up — onboarding was smooth, and the team could get started right away. The range of features is solid, from publishing to analytics, and the reporting tools are among the best I’ve used. Customer support was always responsive and proactive, which made a real difference. We used it daily without friction, and it integrated well with our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is the cost. For our needs, it became hard to justify the spend over time, especially once we found a more affordable alternative that still covered the essential features

Sprout Social allowed us to centralize listening, publishing, and analytics in one place, which saved a lot of time and simplified our processes. The listening tools helped us stay on top of brand mentions and trends, the management features kept our social calendars organized, and the analytics gave us clear insights to share with clients. Overall, it improved team efficiency and made it easier to deliver actionable insights quickly.

I like Sprout Social's analytics the best. It has the best usage of showing us our data across time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least helpful part about Sprout Social is the ease of scheduling the same posts on different platforms. I think there are still some kinks to work out when adjusting the posts for different platforms.

Sprout is helping us track our campaigns and post our content. We also respond to our followers through Sprout.
