Sprout Social is a brilliant program for social media management!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a really fabulous tool and extremely user friendly and easy to use. It particularly excels in the below 3 areas:
1. Customer care, consolidating inboxes from multiple social platforms and giving the tools to respond efficiently
2. Publishing and scheduling content for all social platforms
3. Dynamic reporting on all metrics and customising how reports appear for different stakeholders

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Sprout has been the API restrictions between it and some social platforms, but they are still well ahead of their competitors in this space and are constantly working with the social platforms directly to gain access to more native features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves my team so much time by consolidating all our social media management for 6 platforms into one place.

Sprout Social has made my job easier
What do you like best about the product?
Sprouts premium analytics have been instrumental in helping me identify trends and get a better sense of our how audience is engaging with our content. I also love their customizeble widgets so I can create many different reports, depending on which stakeholder I'm sharing with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that you have to meet a certain financial threshold to get a dedicated rep. I know I would benefit from having a dedicate customer success manager who could help me make better use of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calendar organization, optimization from reporting metrics, and building a loyal community base on our social channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is incredibly user-friendly and provides a seamless way to manage all my social media accounts in one place. The analytics tools are top-notch, offering detailed insights that help refine our strategy and measure success. I also love the scheduling feature, which saves so much time and ensures consistent posting across platforms. The customer support team is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. Overall, it’s a powerful tool for any social media manager

Sprout Social - Key to Consistent Multi-Channel Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout allows scheduling a social media post on multiple channels and on multiple days. This adds countless hours back into my day, greatly increasing productivity in my department. The analytics reporting is very valuable in my work as well, so I can easily see what resonates with followers.
The UI of Sprout is also very comfortable to use. There are some areas I haven't had the chance to use or I haven't felt are necessary for me, but overall it isn't hard to pick up.

What do you dislike about the product?
The AI generative prompts are helpful, however, improvements should be made so a more diverse vocabulary is used in the caption creation. Every time I generate a new caption, there are usually the same upbeat phrases used. I would just like to see some advancement in this portion of the program. I wouldn't say I dislike it. It is helpful at times when I need a new caption. It just gets repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workload and productivity times are what Sprout Social solves the most in my work. I can quickly schedule content over a couple month period of time.
A Powerful Tool For Reviewing, Scheduling, and Monitoring Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the scheduling features, and the ability to set specific posts for review before posting. I also like the post reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like having to use my phone to post to TikTok and Instagram (video). I wish there was a way around this. I also really want support for Bluesky. We have an account but do not regularly use it since there is no Sprout support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows scheduling far into the future, which means much of my work can be done ahead of time.
Global social management with Sprout has been a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing all of our social platforms in one place. This has helped with planning, governance, and consistency. The entire team can easily manage and see the other brands' actions. We have 30+ social platforms globally, and we would be lost without Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is higher than other platforms, but the software is very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see all social platforms and calendars in one spot easily.
Can't imagine working without it
What do you like best about the product?
SproutSocial is easy to get started, easy to use, and easy to collaborate with team members. It has tremendously simplified my daily social media management, from scheduling to commenting and approving posts. It's become an essential tool for my job. SproutSocial also has other extras and add-ons that enhance its effectiveness, like optimal posting times, Canva integration, and robust reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, posts will fail for seemingly no reason or for some integration bug, which can be frustrating, especially when you don't see the failure until much later. Also, the emojis on Sprout Social need to be updated. They're missing quite a few of the new characters I need for some of my posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is making it easy for me to manage my posts and comments, rather than having to go to each individual social media site which is time consuming and a clunky way of working. Plus, the reporting is extremely helpful when explaining to leadership how our social media strategy is working and how it breaks down over each platform. I also like the new feature in the calendar view which shows at a glance your engagement rate.
The best social media management software out there
What do you like best about the product?
Has all the functionality we need to manage social media accounts for our business clients. Little to no downtime, easy to use publishing flow, great visibility of past scheduled content, and all the data our clients wants in reports. Our team uses Sprout dozens of times a day to schedule and publish social media content. Their training videos are very helpful for onboarding new team members easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. It's one of the priciest tools out there for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy and efficient for our team to schedule approved social media content, and pubish it with the mobile workflow. The team has been very satisfied with the functionality.
