Your all-in-one social media management platform

What do you like best about the product?
Switching from a different social media management app, Sprout Social offers features especially useful for corporate media channels, that other platforms are missing.It offers advanced analytics and listening, needed to evaluate social media campaigns. Sprout Social Employee Advocacy tool is also incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Sprout Social in a large corporate, with offices all around the world. This means, that each office communicates on social separately with appropriate geotargetting on the main channel. This makes it incredibly hard to navigate the Calendar dashboards, since there are tens of posts scheduled for every day. There is no option to filter the dashboard by country (geotargetting), or scheduled posts by yourself. You also cannot search for them using keywords, which makes locating a particular scheduled post very hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched to Sprout Social during the year of 2025 and have been employing it amongst our colleagues. The feedback has been great so far, as Sprout Social offers way more advanced analytical and social listening tools than the competing platforms. We can quickly and easily evaluate our reach, impact and calculate the investment vs results.

Effortless Social Media Management with Comprehensive Dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social's comprehensive reporting capabilities, which made our decision to switch from Corros easier. I appreciate the platform's ability to integrate all our social media accounts, allowing us to manage incoming messages and comments efficiently in real time. The pricing is also a significant factor, offering good value for the robust features provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating the different workflows posed a challenge, requiring a fair amount of learning and verification to ensure proper connections and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product integrates multiple social media platforms, enabling real-time message management and comprehensive data review, enhancing our ability to respond and tag efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to have multiple profiles and the ability to pull reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
it constantly disconnects profiles which impact reporting, unable some platform features when scheduling, not use friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
none right now but customer service experience has been the absolute worst.

What do you like best about the product?
I had never used Sprout before coming to my current organization, and I was pleased with all the features that it offered and the depth of information that it was capable of sharing. The great thing about it is that you can use as much or as little of the info as you want without having to wade through anything. As a team of one that staggers social content creation and scheduling to just a handful of days per month, I can easily use what I need to use without trying to summarize or dig for those features. If I wanted to do a deep dive, the reports and information/stats are right there for me, too. Workflows seem like they would be very easy to implement, though we do not use that feature currently. I like that it is fairly painless to integrate the different social channels, and you can do pretty much anything you need to do within the interface / without needing to log in to one of the apps. All in all, it has been good for what our organization needs it for and I would recommend it if someone asked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there may be too much there for organizations that are a Marketing (or whichever department) team of 1 or 2. Sprout is great for big teams and has a nice handle on helping with process flows, but there are just too many features for an individual user to make use of on their own (especially if they are not solely focused on social media and are responsible for other tasks / don't have the time to devote to digging in).

It was difficult to get customer service to help us with transferring ownership of our account to a new user after our previous account admin left the company and was not replaced for a period of time. Ultimately we figured out a work-around, but understanding that there are company hand-offs (in organizations that don't have robust teams managing social), there should be a simpler way to transfer ownership of the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us simplify and speed up the process of executing a social media strategy for our company. We have a small team that works on social, so speed is of the essence as they have other tasks to complete as well and don't have a ton of spare time to go in and out of various sites when posting content.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social mostly for the social media manegemt. I run 80+ social profiles across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc. Sprout lets me manage these and saves me so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and Listening don't always operare how I would like. The reporting sometimes has issues because of Meta/Facebook which is more their issue than Sprouts but at times it can be unreliable because of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, social monitoring and reporting. Scheduling through sprout is so helpful, but also Sprout doesn't charge based on the amount of social profiles you link unlike other social management platforms. My company is growing and we are always creating new accounts and with prior companies this came with a hefty increase in our monthly payment. Sprout let's us connect as many as we want with no extra charge. I also use the smart inbox tool to monitor messages and commenting accross our accounts and use the reporting to pull my monthly reports in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the calendar layout and the easy option to chose which platform you want to post content on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that when posting stories through sprout, it does not allow you to use the features like links, polls, etc like the instagram app allows. I also have issues with constantly having to reconnect my profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its making me have the ability to schedule out for the entire month, pick which times are best, and post for more than one platform at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and organized the platform is—it makes it easy to manage multiple accounts, schedule content, and monitor engagement all in one place. The reporting tools are also super helpful for pulling quick insights to share with stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform allowed for more customization in reports and had deeper analytics for newer platforms like Threads, TikTok, and Bluesky. Sometimes the approval workflows can also feel a bit clunky for larger teams.

Sprout helps streamline content planning, publishing, and reporting—saving me time and reducing the need to jump between platforms. It centralizes engagement and analytics, which makes it easier to track performance, respond to our audience quickly, and show ROI to stakeholders. What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social helps us keep an ear in our customers' conversations. It's a big help to be able see and respond to guest mentions on social media, as well as track our growth, engagement, and most successful posts. We login daily to utilize the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
When providing search keywords for our brand name, "pizza ranch" we often are shown messages from people talking about putting ranch on pizza - not content about our brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listening to conversations on Twitter and Instagram. It removes multiple steps that we'd have to take on our own and provides the content in one place to manage and analyze.

What do you like best about the product?
I best like the Sprout's ability for brand listening, allowing us to view and engage with the conversation about our brand, whether or not it's happening on our own profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a little wonky - especially when it comes to typing/pasting content into boxes, it can get glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us engage with new audiences and strengthen our current community, boosting membership.

Easy, intuitive interface

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a pretty intuitive program that makes scheduling posts and integrating across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram) super easy. We use it near daily. I appreciate the fact that it's a one-stop-shop for managing comments and DM inbox, and for storing assets for large groups of users. I also appreciate how easy it is to schedule posts in the mobile interface, which is helpful when uploading directly from platforms like CapCut.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main gripe is when a post gets rejected, it's not possible to edit and resubmit - you have to recreate the post entirely from scratch. This is tough because so often something will get rejected because of a very minor change and it would be easier to just pop in and make the edit than redoing the entire post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really enjoy how easy it is to see at-a-glance which posts are performing well, and how easy the calendar interface is to see what is being scheduled for the month. it makes planning out content very intuitive and easy, and I don't find I have to use a bunch of other tools (separate content calendars, separate asset management platform, etc).
