Sprout Social makes content planning a breeze

What do you like best about the product?
We manage over 75+ locations with multiple profiles per location all within the platform and they make it so seamless and efficient! We have compared other tools and always come back to Sprout! We are in the tool daily and having the Canva integration makes content creation super quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more developed bulk update features using a csv for some of our larger campaign inititives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us manage scheduling over 1500 posts per month across 300+ profiles and monitor performance in multiple ways.

What do you like best about the product?
I mean it when I say that Sprout Social has been by far the easiest, user friendly social softwares that I've used. Compared to other platforms the implementation process is super easy to learn and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say my least favorite thing about Sprout Social is, just by personal preference would be scheduling videos. I still think that posting directly on social platforms manually is still easier than what sprout offers at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My very small marketing team wears many hats, social content, email content, blogs, company event planning, merchandise buying, branding, etc. We don't have a ton of time to dedicate to social media. So we need software that is efficient, and I feel that Sprout Social has really help me and my team stay on task with our social media stratgies and staying organized with our content.

Easy and convenient user experience with phenomenal support

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use the app to monitor my platforms on the go. I also really enjoy the premium analytics feature, it truly gives a much more in-depth look at your performance and the ability to make strategic decisions a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I simply wish it integrated better with the API's of LinkedIn and Meta. Also not being able to personalize and customize the report dashboards with my branding to share with leadership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Sprout Social is solving for me and my organization is number one scheduling content and being able to provide a content calendar to my team as well as being able to have access to in-depth analytics to be able to make decisions based on data and KPI metrics. This benefits me because it makes my job easier and I'm able to support decisions with emperical data.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Sprout Social is user-friendly, making it easy for new team members to learn the tools and quickly get up to speed. The platform simplifies the process of monitoring, scheduling, and managing social channels, especially for nonprofit and small business clients, by centralizing all activities, which eliminates the need to switch between various native channels. This convenience significantly reduces time and effort. Additionally, the platform offers insightful analytics and competitor data, allowing my small team to effectively function as a much larger team. The ability to quickly export reports when needed for client presentations is also highly beneficial. Moreover, Sprout Social provides excellent resources such as training calls and demo materials to help train new employees, which is crucial for getting them familiar with client performance metrics. I also have fond memories of the initial setup being straightforward and streamlined, which contributed to a hassle-free start. The overall experience has been so positive that we confidently recommend and endorse Sprout Social to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a small business, I am always conscious of costs, and this is an ongoing consideration for me. While Sprout Social does offer an agency model, which has not seen significant price increases over the years, I feel that more tools tailored specifically for nonprofit-serving agencies would be extremely beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to monitor, schedule, and manage client social channels seamlessly, centralizing activities that save us from juggling multiple native platforms. It empowers my small team to operate like a larger one by providing analytics and competitive insights, enabling smarter and faster decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the platform and its ease of use. The analytics, especially pulling data on tagged posts and campaigns, is amazing for proving our ROI and segmenting effectively. Analytics can be pulled at a very granular level, which is great for our individual stakeholders. Scheduling the same graphic with different captions across various platforms saves me hours. The onboarding team is amazing, and their support made the initial setup a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Sprout Social could use improvements in recommendations for enhancing social strategy or incorporating more AI capabilities. Right now, it's just the caption help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling and analytics, which save me hours and provide granular insights. The employee advocacy and ease of use are great, and pulling data on tagged posts and campaigns helps prove ROI.

Love Love Love! Perfect for 1-Person Teams

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. UX is very user friendly and everything is all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the 3 tiers of subscriptions are very competitive. The most expensive one doesn't seem to have enough 'sweet stuff' for us to commit. Also, we would like canned responses to be available and us to see notifications when a post gets likes/shares without having to run a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can do everything in on place!

What do you like best about the product?
This software has helped our team make strategic decisions with all the reporting features! We are able to understand what is or isn't working with our audience. Addiontionally, our reps have been wonderful in guiding us over the last two years.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not able to connect with Asana. This would be more helpful for our approval process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The multi-channel editing option when creating a similar post will help save us time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Sprout Social is its intuitive post scheduling and comprehensive reporting capabilities. I appreciate how I am able to post across multiple accounts seamlessly. The reporting tools provide helpful insights into social media performance, allowing me to track engagement and analyze trends.

Thankfully I haven't had to access customer support but I am confident that should I need to they'll be very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the social listening feature was free (again) rather than a premium feature. However, when I did have access to the feature, I could only do this on our Twitter/X account. This forced me to access our Facebook and LinkedIn account separately to accomplish this task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to schedule social media posts not only ahead of time but at the optimal times. It also allows me to schedule posts when I may be away on vacation or during the weekends when I do not work.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sprout for years! It's an amazing tool and helps me out so much as a social media manager. I'm a team of one so it helps me with scheuduling and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is them trying to constantly upsell you. They have a lot of great products, but we don't have a ton of budget for more. I appreciate the sales team doing their jobs but sometimes the hard sell is too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me aggregate all of the social media platforms our business is on into one! I can easily go in and schedule all my posts out. They also have great reporting and analytics that help track our success on social media.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is an excellent scheduling platform for social media marketers. Not only does it ensure content is all contained in one place and scheduled to launch at an optimized time, but it also allows me to easily pull reports to share with my larger organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, apps will disconnect from Sprout, or the platform's scheduling feature will be down. Luckily, their customer service is always quick to send out an email, or provide an in app notification, so I am aware. Additionally, the issues are always rectified quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to increase productivity by auto scheduling content, and by using their insights to inform content strategy.
