Sprout Social: Intuitive and Collaborative Social Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Sprout Social is to use. We use it for scheduling posts and customer service, and it allows us to work collaboratively as there are two of us managing social. It lets us see what our grid will look like and has easy-to-read data and analytics. We love the ability to have prompted replies to customers. We actually love all the features and wanted a platform that was easier to manage all the DMs in one place. The initial setup was very easy since I had used Sprout Social previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
We love all the features. There are some issues when paid ads getting turned off and we aren't able to reply, but it seems more like a Meta issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts and customer service, allowing collaborative work and easy access to analytics. It simplifies managing DMs in one place and offers user-friendliness with the ability to see grid previews.
Easy, Streamlined Social Media Management and Brand Integrity Control
What do you like best about the product?
It is such an easy way to streamline the whole workflow of social media management and digital brand integrity control. It is easy to understand and use without extensive training so you can get started right away and build out more advanced features as you have capacity. We use this platform every day and it is a great tool. I love that it gives you the optimal times of day to post based on your platform and audience as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that are a little lacking, like being able to react to posts on Instagram from within the platform rather than having to go directly to the instagram profile itself. There have also been a few incidents where posts didn't get sent out without warning. One in particular was an outage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining communications and providing easy control for editing, reviewing and post approval.

I love how way the UI is and how helpful the reporting tools are.

There isn’t much about sprout really that I dislike.

What stands out to me most is Sprout Social’s strong reporting tools and collaborative features that help teams work more efficiently.

Response workflows can sometimes feel limited when handling high-volume customer interactions typical in BPO operations.

Sprout Social solves inefficient social media tracking and reporting. It benefits me by providing clear insights that help improve performance and client satisfaction.
Seamless All-in-One Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like having all in one platform with Sprout Social, seeing all my reviews, comments, and reports. The reports are really useful; they give me comparisons to see which social media I need to focus on the most. I switched from WIX to Sprout Social mainly because of the reports. The initial setup of Sprout Social was extremely easy.

Absolutely nothing

Sprout Social saves me from uploading to social media individually and provides all-in-one access for reviews, comments, and reports. The reports help identify which social media platforms need more attention.

Collision Detection: You can see in real-time when a teammate is responding to a message, which prevents the awkwardness of two people answering the same customer.

Feature Overload: For small businesses or solopreneurs, there are often too many "bells and whistles" that make simple scheduling feel overly complex.
Setup Complexity: Configuring team permissions, approval workflows, and custom reports can be time-consuming compared to more plug-and-play tools.

Convenient Setup and Scheduling That’s Easy to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
I love how convenient it is. From setup to scheduling, it’s such a cool breeze. From the day I started using it for the first time, I thought it was going to take a while to learn, but I quickly realized it only took a few hours to understand the functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It won’t let me schedule stories on Facebook, and on Insta I’m not 100% confident the stories will actually go out. On top of that, the mobile app isn’t as good as the web application, so the overall experience feels less reliable and less smooth to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a turnkey solution and a solid starting point for all my content planning, scheduling, and reporting needs.
Helpful Reports and Easy Multi-Account Post Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
The reports and graphs are very helpful when presenting. It is also very easy to schedule posts from multiple accounts. The customer service is also very helpful

It has a high price. I also wish it used more AI integrations to make suggestions about content or what posts to do more.

Sprout helps me post form multiple accounts and track social media growth.
Professional, Polished Reporting That Stands Above ALL other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
reporting! the professionalism it pulls in the reports. IG grid planner.
What do you dislike about the product?
the lack of fully integrated features, the lack of collaborative invite on Facebook. The tagging on linkedin. the lack of ability to categorize tags into folders. not having Hey Famm integrated yet.

reporting and showing real growth through numbers for management, grants, and funding.
Easy Campaign Management and Tracking—A Big Step Up from Up Promote
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage and track campaigns. We are transitioning from Up Promote, so this platform has been so much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billing only allows for a credit card to be used. Ideally we would prefer ACH.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving how we track our campaign performance and choosing the right influencers for each specific campaign.
