Great product
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple enough to use that non-technical people are easily able to be involved in the use of it. But has a lot of options which cover basically all potential use cases that we have had.
Also the ability to cache the data in the datasets using the "accelerator" feature has been very helpful, as some of our queries take a long time to load.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downsides for us is that we are planning to have a lot of dashboards and datasets in the future, and I think the UI is not necessarily super easy to navigate once we get to the stage.
It can be time consuming creating more complex dashboards and ensuring the right themes/colours are applied.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It meant we didn't have to build our own analytics platform as it's very easy to embed into our product. We have been able to focus on other things, especially saving on developers time.

Easy way to introduce a new world for the analysis and customization of dashboards for our clients
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of options it contains, the possibility of having control over the data, and the ease of creating an embedded BI solution in record time. Not very challanging integration with a great support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in the components, but their team is always trying to improve them

Luzmo provides an easy platform for our customers where they can analize their own data, and customize the analysis of that data via new version of core dashboards. In the future, new dashboards and datasets.

We are offering dashboard building to our clients with Luzmo, and they appreciate the ease of use and customizable capabilities of the tool.
The team is super friendly and very reactive in case we need their support, and always happy to give us advice.

When having complex use cases, a few advanced features might miss (formulas in widgets for example). We are following their roadmap very closely ;-)

With Luzmo we are able to offer a platform to our own customers, for them to plug their data and build their own dashboards.

Making dashboarding possible for all users
What do you like best about the product?
The ease-of-use for any business user that makes dashboarding a lot more accessible .

Missing option to create formulas (but is upcoming)

Our clients are marketers and not always technical, still they ask for the possibility to follow-up their figures with many flexibility - Luzmo is ideal for these needs.

We were really happy with the quality of support that Carmen gave us during the integration phase. Well done!

Nothing that I don't like about the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are really happy to be able to offer a good analytics solutions to our customers, without having to reinvent the wheel by building it ourselves. Using Cumul.io is much more cost-effective and allows us to focus on our own product.

I like that it is easy to embed into our own front-end and that it doesn't require it's own infrastructure to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, they didn't have version control and multi-language dashboards. That was a pain, but they have that now and it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers weren't able to visualize the data in our platform. Now with Luzmo we deliver them dashboards to visualize their data and take better decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have a sophisticated plugin that allows you to deliver dashboards in a SaaS model (1 to many). Even if you have distributed databases.

Cumul.io is a great tool that perfectly answers our need: an easy integration dedicated to embed analytics. The connection to our Data Warehouse is simple, and the integration within our internal solutions is straightforward. It is an API-first tool. The documentation is furnished and clear enough to get started very quickly!
Above all, the support team is fantastic, super responsive, and very friendly. They take into account our feature requests and integrate them into their roadmaps.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the drawbacks of the simplicity of use is that we cannot customize the dashboards as much as possible, but the support team helps us with workarounds or adding our requests to their roadmaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to enable our customers to get some analysis inside our product, leveraging the work done by our internal Data Team. These analytics used to be maintained by our dev team via a custom solution: this was not sustainable anymore.
We saved a lot of maintenance time and freedom into changing the dashboards, layouts and we could also offer interactivity to our clients within their dashboards.

Very intuitive interface, a lot of possibilities, very helpful staff - always available for questions

Some widgets are limited in options at the moment, but they are always expanding the possibilities

We integrated cumul.io in our own platform to make more custom dashboards for our customers. It saved us a lot of internal development effort and time.
