Excelent tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It is a easy and fast way to manipulate metrics in very specific way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be easier to handle, especially about the use of filters and adding fields. Sometimes it is hard to find where to apply conditions needed to clean the analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with specific analysis such as funnel of a specific group/product from different pages.

A great tool with lots of potential
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is relatively easy to use with an intuitive interface. The funnel visualisation is clear and a real winner when it comes to communicating funnels and optimisation efforts to stakeholders.
As always with these platforms outcomes largely depend on the data you put in it, so a degree of pipeline engineering is required. Having said that, the GA connector works well and Indicative made short work when they had to update it to consider multiple trackers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard functionality could have more interactive elements, in particular the ability to interact with the funnel viz. Bit too static at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding paths, visualising funnels identifying optimisation opportunities , opportunity sizing and outcomes monitoring.
I
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to implement funnel creation and visualization to draw insights and take decisions based on funnel performance
What do you dislike about the product?
Allows only linear funnels creation and not multi linear funnels. Moreover 'did not do' type users are not further added into the funnel and are considered as permanent dropoffs.

Tracking onboarding journey for app for android and ios

Go-to-place for anything mobile analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Being a fintech app with multiple offerings, we have tons of funnels to track. I liked the way we can create dashboards to slice and dice our key business metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be faster. At times, there is a lag in loading the dashboards which leads to disengagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using indicative to figure out the gaps in our app funnels and user level analyitcs to understand users' actions and behaviour. We use insights to improve our product.
Top analytical tool for companies that are getting started with analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The free tier plan. the 50 million free events for every month for the first 6 months is best in class. My organisation uses segment, the integration with the segment was very seamless. Infact the reason for us to switch to indicative was the seamless integration with Segment.
The pricing is also quite low compared to other competitors.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no charts provided on user composition. I would like to see the graphs on user distribution based on the OS, and their revenue generation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I track my top engagement metrics: DAU, MAU on indicative.
I also track my top funnels, which are revenue-generating.
The drop in funnels help me analyze the steps where there is a significant drop in the funnel.
Also, the feature to create cohorts of users is quite good. I track the common attributes of these users and get a sense of user persona

A Must Have Application for Data Analyst
What do you like best about the product?
You can quickly identify data numbers and understand trendlines as data is demonstrated using visual diagrams. For examples, click through funnels are shown in a process flow type diagram which makes it easier to visually grasp the flow of users from landing page to goal completion. The diagram clearly demonstrates the steps users take towards the end goal and shows intermediary positions where they either drop off or take a different path altogether. Additional steps of the same funnel can be selected from drop down list of pre-built rules to even further granulate the process flow.
A second aspect that I like about Indicative is the ability to compare historical metrics with current. The timeline charts allow a user to visualize trends that maybe used to make decisions on developing strategies based on time periods. Each data point allows you to see the specific value. These data can be helpful in identifying specific up seasons as well as troughs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding how to set up custom metrics. The codes structure in indicative is hard to understand immediately compared to other tools. I have to check the onsite guides to figure out how to set up a funnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indicative has already been set-up for analytics of our website. So using the preset funnels to capture data. I use it only as a data gathering method, And not as a tool to identify problems due to the difficulty of setting up custom flows.
Ease of use, good presentation
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to configure data in the way I want to communicate it
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not got any dislikes yet, as I haven't tried all of its functions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Displaying data for presentations, making business decisions
Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization is using indicative for almost 1 to 2 years and for us it was indeed an helpful tool to really understand and investigate our customers journey so that we know what else can we improve on our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, my team and I are struggling with loading the query for our daily updates on the report. It's like that indicative is having a hard time fetching the reports that we needed when we try to run our query, and it was a struggle as well on our part because we have a specific timeframe for the updates that we needed. Because of that error, the updates got delayed as well. We need to talk first to your customer service to tell you that there's something wrong with the indicative. So, maybe in the future, we won't be experienced that kind of error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used the indicative to solve some of our customer application journey. We used indicative to investigate why some of our applicants didn't complete the journey and where step they didn't able to complete or finish that may caused an fall offs on our side and clients side as well. What are the reason why they didn't complete the journey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you guys are looking for a beneficial tool, you guys might want to try Indicative, and I tell you it was indeed a helpful analytic tool for your organizations or yourself.
Best Customer Support and Easiest Setup Compared to Competitors
What do you like best about the product?
Indicative is easy to use right off the bat. Even for someone non-technical at all, their support team has multiple account managers that specialize in helping you understand the data and get your account set up so everything is easy to use without needing the support of their team to make every little change.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not much to dislike, the only thing I could possibly say would be on our end, the time it takes to properly set up the event names but that has nothing to do with the Indicative system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched from Google Analytics which was not giving us the in-depth reporting that we needed. We are now able to see specific events and clicks and not just a general page-view overview. We now have the ability for anyone on our team to ask a question and set up a funnel to measure any metric or workflow.
Good Customer Analytics platform for use in Customer Journey and Marketing Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Easy connectivity to data sources such as Big Query. The data set configuration is on the customer side (which makes sense) but the Indicative team is there to help along the way with tips and suggestions on what structure and fields would make the most sense. Then Indicative takes care of ingesting the data and synching it.
Once data is in Indicative the querying system for displaying information, filtering and slicing is very simple and human-readable. People without programming skills will feel comfortable using it

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features we think useful have not been incorporated yet, but we know are in the pipeline.
For instance some of the graphs and visuals generated after querying are static, requiring the user to modify the query if there is something else he wants to see or deep dive in a specific detail.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing nowadays is quite complex with many touchpoints both online and offline, making it hard to build a customer journey, analyze cause-effect of actions and find the next best action. Indicative and specially it's multipath funnel visualization helps commercial teams identify what paths are working better and what actions seem to have a larger positive impact.
Its ease of use can help a broader part of the organization perform the analysis so it's not only IT or tech guys doing that analysis but the actual marketing team that will then take actions based on what they see.
Besides, analyzing information directly in big query or even using data studio is not optimal when dealing with non-linear interactions and multiple paths. Indicative solves that with a nice visual.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although Indicative will help you, I strongly suggest to get your data in shape: clean it, transform it, and get it readi to fulfill the use case you will be working on
