Good but it could be better
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity on creating audience and customer support.

Promised features no available, slowness on adding new integration, missing ability to manage stored data inside mParticle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forward events to third party, use better audiences for marketing.

Solid CDP and great team to work with
What do you like best about the product?
The mParticle team provided amazing support through the setup process. It's the perfect tool for allowing marketers to access data and create audiences without tech support.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't fully explored all of the available features yet, but we have no complaints and haven't identified any glaring gaps or oversights. It's been great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mParticle allows our marketing teams to access all of the data they need without having to request support via IT. Connections to downstream platforms are simple to set up and it's been saving us a lot of time.

I dislike mParticle's inconsistent connection setups, unreliable UI for events for customers, and lack of ability to link data with other non-customer related data.

mParticle is solving the problem of data fragmentation in the mobile marketing ecosystem. By providing a single platform for collecting, storing, and activating customer data, mParticle is helping businesses to:

What do you like best about the product?
Robust data integration tool with lots of integration partners. The SDK is stable - very rarely seeing any data outages or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot leverage its CDP feature. It is hard for my company to adopt mParticle and replace Amplitude
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration Caffeine's various data souces to our data lake while maintaining consistent data schema. We are also using its ID resolution feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Mparticle is very simple to use and connect to other platforms. Their innovationts towards new features that enhance their product is really icing on the cake.
Have not been able to compare to other competitors but I know they have alot of innovating new features that some other sole CDPs don't have

What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to show event data in profiles for current day (unable to accomodate for international timezones).
Needs more complex logic handling to bolster audience segmentation.
Needs more ability to export/define segments better, e.g exporting data catalog, putting descriptions for audiences

Centralising all data into one place to make it easily adaptable to plug and play with other platforms. By utilizing their other features like audiences, data warehouse ingestion, etc allows us to reap results with minimal interactions
A solid CDP
What do you like best about the product?
mParticld has centralized our data collection in a manner that allows us to function without needing data engineering resources for our event driven analytics. This has been highly useful and allowed us to scale at a rate we never could consider otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be simply too high. It's our biggest reason for considering alternatives. It simply does not scale the way we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to implement analytics with virtually no backend or data engineering effort.
mParticle's team is great to work with and always willing to help solution when needed.
What do you like best about the product?
In all honesty, my favorite part about working with mParticle is the support we've received from their team. Our touch bases are always insightful, and the mParticle team is always willing to go above and beyond to help us solve any issues that come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I don't have any downsides, but I also am using mParticle, coming from a technical background. Basing my experience with their SDK, cms, and website, I haven't had anything negative to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, mParticle SDK is in both our mobile apps, and we are connecting mobile insights to our marketing team.
