What do you like best about the product?
Very thorough, very responsive. Fairly easy to use.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about Barracuda.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important thing is that it is efficient at catching malicious emails, therefore lowering our threat risk.

What do you like best about the product?
The incident response features with Sentinel are truly impressive. I find them to be highly effective and well-designed.

Configuring the global list is quite challenging and not very straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
The security and reliability are impressive, and the support team is also excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
The new interface feels overly cluttered and is not as user-friendly as the previous version, particularly for Admin users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps to stop spam, boost productivity, and at the same time, it enhances the security of both the email system and the entire network.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Barracuda Email Protection primarily for its effectiveness in blocking phishing and spam emails. This feature is incredibly valuable as it significantly saves me time and prevents our users from clicking on malicious links, thereby protecting their credentials from being stolen. Additionally, I appreciate the ease with which I can block or whitelist emails as needed, offering us flexibility and control in managing our communications. The integration with our M365 exchange environment was also straightforward, which I found to be a seamless experience, showing how easy it is to replicate the setup. Overall, these features come together to make Barracuda Email Protection a reliable tool for enhancing our organization’s email security, and I am highly likely to recommend it to others, reflected by my willingness to rate it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the rate control could be improved and us being able to system block emails would be great in the case of our domain sending spoofed emails out. More control from the system admin side, I feel like in the cloud version we don't have much control and have to call support in order to get stuff done like system-wide domain blocking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Barracuda Email Protection to block phishing and spam emails, saving time and protecting credentials.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of deployment and use really stands out. I find the ATP functionality to be outstanding.

Good Solid Product that works!

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to implement and use it. It mostly works on autopilot, but even when some fine-tuning is needed, it wasn't difficult to make that change.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is an issue, like a legitimate email getting blocked, the error logs don't provide a whole lot of information to troubleshoot. You really have to rely on the support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution is instrumental in helping us operate the world's oldest humane organization. Given the frequent targeted attacks we face, it's reassuring to know that our email defense system provides continuous protection around the clock, every day of the year, without requiring us to monitor it constantly.

What do you like best about the product?

At times, the management console has encountered some bugs, but the new user interface seems to be functioning much more smoothly now.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Barracuda Email Protection for its ability to effectively block spam and potentially harmful emails, providing me with a robust email filtering solution. The admin interface of Barracuda is remarkably simple to use and offers extensive control over filtering, which is particularly beneficial in managing phishing emails and ensuring legitimate emails from specific vendors are allowed. The IP Address Policy controls are an invaluable feature for customizing email flow and addressing specific security concerns. Transitioning to Barracuda Email Protection from Microsoft Office's email filter was a positive move due to the greater granularity it offers at a better price point. The initial setup was also straightforward, requiring only an addition of the Barracuda tenant to our Exchange permissions. The Outlook integration enhances the functionality by allowing me to send phishing emails directly for analysis. Overall, I find Barracuda Email Protection to be a comprehensive and user-friendly solution that meets my filtering and security needs effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the new admin interface of Barracuda Email Protection could be improved. It feels compressed, which makes it difficult to find certain functions. Although the new interface works well for regular user accounts, the functionality for admin tasks could be enhanced. Additionally, the Outlook Add-in could use more functionality to better support my tasks.

I use Barracuda Email Protection to block spam and phishing emails, reducing data risks while allowing legit emails. The admin interface simplifies control over email filtering, aiding in email spoofing issues, and offers more customization at a better price than other solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda's incident response and archiving has been a game changer for our organization. We feel much more confident in our email security since switching to Barracuda.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is expensive and significantly priced higher than competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows to quickly remove phishing and in-personation attacks from all our users mailbox. It also allows us to keep backups of all incoming and outgoing mail if all other systems fail.
