What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Barracuda Email Protection for over five years, and it significantly streamlines managing blocked and allowed emails. The platform is user-friendly, allowing users to manage their emails with ease, which is incredibly helpful for our IT team. I particularly appreciate the ability to easily block and push emails through, which is crucial for me as an IT admin who interacts with the system daily. This feature, combined with the ease of navigation, saves a considerable amount of time. The past email archiving for up to 30 days is also a standout feature, offering peace of mind with the ability to recover mistakenly deleted emails. The initial setup was remarkably straightforward, which adds to the overall positive experience with the system. Altogether, these elements contribute to a seamless workflow and greater efficiency in managing email security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Email Protection simplifies email management, allowing easy blocking and self-management by users, which aids the IT team. Its user-friendly interface saves time, and email recovery within 30 days prevents data loss from accidental deletions.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, and I appreciate having support based in the United States during regular North American hours. The subject matter experts are excellent, and support cases are handled quickly with prompt responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like the new web portal interface.

Protects organizations from AV, malware, etc - Uses AI to assist with detection
What do you dislike about the product?
many false positives in related to bulk email

Bad actors - it gives piece of mind and one less thing to worry about

Gateway defense does a remarkable job at filtering out phishing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found one yet. Sometimes going between apps can slow me down

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda is amazingly to use and protect my email system. I would highly recommend changing to Barracuda as it is above the rest!! Thank you to the Barracuda teams!!

Effortless Email Management with Barracuda

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Barracuda Email Protection makes incident response quick and easy. What used to take me hours with cryptic queries and delays within 365 constraints can now be done in minutes with just a few clicks. Also, the smooth transition to Barracuda when moving from on-prem to the cloud was really valuable for us, and the initial setup was very easy with the help of Barracuda support.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I'd like to have available is to be able to search the mail log on specific header information (like a server IP). I do not see a way to do that; however, it may be there, and I just do not know how (multi-hat admin with little time - and Barracuda is a lifesaver!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Barracuda Email Protection for quick and easy spam and phishing cleanup. It simplifies incident response, reducing hours of work to minutes with just a few clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to search for similar messages, especially if an email has been incorrectly delivered I can see all affected users for my record and then take the appropriate action. The support team for this product always does a great job when I have an issue on following up and making sure my needs have been met.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could configure our domains in the message log instead of alphabetized to a custom order, quality of life item is all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remediating harmful emails, making sure our end users are protected against phishing/malware campaigns.
