What do you like best about the product?
There is an easy integration with salesforce to close out deals and send to zuora.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our instance there is not much visibility for sales team, need to go through billing team for issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to integrate Zuora with ANY 3rd party software including your own you will be best to look elsewhere. They talk a good game but are unhelpful in reality. Each thing they appear to promise is half-baked and not fit for purpose. I sorely wish we had never used it and begrudge the exorbitant payment we yield to them that I think they happily receive knowing that since Zuora is utterly tied into our systems we can't easily remove it.

What do you like best about the product?
Zuora Insights is an information base that, besides the data, provides us with expertise and the foundations for a successful marketing collection. It is just like a digital library. However, it gives us ideas to extend it and make it work the best and the most efficient at the same time. His multifaceted reviews are a gateway to our company's needs and shortcomings, regardless of whether they reflect new ideas or the transformation of a few that have already been developed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product will not adapt to the business, so that its plans can be implemented and the desired effect can be achieved, the service must be guided to adapt it to the product in some degree.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zuora Insights provides us with the necessary reports to know what needs to be improved within the company and what's going well and we start making the relevant changes from there.

Using Zuora Insights as a constant consultant, you can start from below and change the company's bases as necessary. Only Zuora Insights will underestimate software with a high potential to make any business grow when it is used for making shallow changes with little impact within the culture rooted in the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Zuora does it's function of billing our customers. Zuora is pretty easy to manage on a daily basis. The reports and billing and payments runs are easy to review and audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest pet peeve is that when entering a new payment method for a customer there is no way to make that the default payment type without editing the account after you enter it. There should be a way to make a payment method the default when entering it in the system. There are other small things like this that make users frustrated on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recurring billing. Customers are billed on a recurring basis and service periods are tracked automatically. There are many reports that track revenue and make it easy to make accounting entries.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time with implementation! Really think out and discuss the ramifications of how the system is set up. There are settings and product set up that will make things difficult if you want to change it later on.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a software that offers a really solid billing system to incorporate into different types of companies no matter how small or large they are. One of the things that I like about the program is that they add functionalities constantly so it is noticeable that its developers are constantly moving in order to make Zuora one of the best platforms in its field. Among the features featuring invoice management, sales tax, payment processing and many others.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The documentation is not the best, this forces you to go to the articles of help and even contact the support to solve any issues that arise.
- The customization of the tool is not one of its strengths, with limited options for the user.
- The complexity of the tool sometimes results in a double-edged weapon as it creates an immense learning curve that doesn't allow you to be productive out of the box.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for needs to monitor many important variables for us, one of the main requirements you had was to keep track of all the money we receive as well as which products are most requested and the profits that these they leave us. Because Zuora was developed by entrepreneurs who own software-as-a-service companies and with extensive experience in managing the most powerful companies in the market so it makes Zuora offer with an untotal amount of business functionalities that adapt to all kinds of billing operations and subscription system.

I consider Zuora to be one of the most complete software in terms of a billing system focused on large companies for which it has important scalable qualities. Among the different applications that this tool integrates are Paypal Business, Stripe, Salesforce, Amazon Pay which makes sure to cover the most popular payment platforms present in the market. The ability to extract information from customers as well as the creation of reports is above average so I recommend to any type of company to take their time to use this software, you will love it.

What do you like best about the product?
The security behind this product is very well developed and can make clients feel safe. There is a ton of custom features with this software so help your company's billing products be easily integrated with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The entire user experience as well as client experience. I, along with every member on my sales team have lost multiple deals due to Zuora functionality not working. Software is extremely buggy, slow, and not the easiest to use. Clients experience a lot of the bugs and when they are putting their credit card or bank account information to spend thousands of dollars on your product, this is their first experience. The Zuora system not working. I have spent hours working with engineers trying to get client's payment information to work so I can simply close a deal. This system has caused so many issues and clients have walked away because of Zuora's lack of working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zuora is suppose to solve payment information privacy and security concerns, but ends up causing more issues. I wish my company never used this system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go with another system. On paper Zuora looks great, but in reality it will cause your whole sales team issues as well as your admin users who will need to spend a lot of time fixing bugs. Our company had multiple dedicated Slack channels to deal with Zuora issues.

Somewhat inflexible and difficult to integrate
What do you like best about the product?
Once Zuora is implemented, it is quite easy to use and you can rely on it to work as expected. There's a decent amount of functionality that will work for most use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zuora's data structure is a complete mess, and it's difficult to integrate with other systems or to use its data for reporting. Don't take this criticism lightly. It can be extremely frustrating to deal with and doesn't scale well when a business grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Billing customers is important for a SAAS company and that's what we've used it for. Few if any other benefits have been realized.

Since we started with Zuora Insinghts, our company has increased a level of productivity that really surprises us without counting that every step we take and the answers are positive, we always credit this software. It helps us solve basic problems and we achieve better bases for our marketing team.

Since we use Zuora we can observe always positive responses, I have no major complaints. It is a very rigid product, and it clings a lot to its default version and it costs a lot to customize it or adapt it completely to the company, but outside of this I am aware that I would like to continue using it and of course I will continue to support this wonderful product .

Zuora Insights is now part of our team is essential for proposals and new and incredible advertising campaigns, thanks to this software we obtain good, presentable reports and with great content of great relevance.

I recommend Zuora Insights because thanks to it we obtain innovative and essential results for our company, we improve our databases and try to increase better finances for our company with this software. It is certainly a product that is worth using. Cheer up it's time to start.
