What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is their economic model, simple and quick. Another important thing is the tool corporate level and functionalities spectrum. Easy to use and to implement
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the solutions contained within their suite and their technical alliance's ecosystem are a bit complex and sometimes look like are overlapping. They have been evolving their suite in order to attend final clients needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client's processes evolve and improve, daily + manual + repetitive task operation (faster, less errors, FTEs released), activities sequences where the time can not be reduced but FTE are released to do added value labors
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Complete the joint plans that we have discussed recently (BP and EY)

What do you like best about the product?
I begin using BluePrism in my first experience in Deloitte, I really liked the fact that it was pretty easy to understand and implement any easy idea that would come to our mind, although it was difficult to make an optimal process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the main downside of the blueprism is the difficulty to use any kind of analysis which is not the standard one.
I found myself trying to use different methodologies whenever it was difficult to study a dropdownlist or a button, and everything would goes down
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to solve some analytical problem which at this time are solved by user manually. The main benefits are making process that reduce the time to work for every user

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with BluePrism for years and I can easily say that is a reliable tool developed by a very capable and talented team. The tool is suited for all the company processes automation needs, the only limits are ideas and budget. As a team, we appreciated the low code development and way process workflows are easily created and compared with our analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes having an on-line control room would have been a plus, however in V7 is going to be implemented a new control room distributed on the internet for different users (e.g. IT; business)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have realized more than 200 automated processes acroos several financial service players achieving very high ROI in short periods, typically 4-6 months depending on the complexity of the automation

What do you like best about the product?
The cloud based model has some significant benefits. The implementation was undertaken with ease, the software is intuitive and the cloud model comes with Intelligent Automation capabilities as part of the package.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud based model should have chat boy capability but doesn't have an out the box option. Performance dashboarding within core product should be improved as lacking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Legislative and regulatory requirements in HR and finance.
Customer and Colleague experience has improved and overall productivity significantly improved.
Enabling personnel changes, product setup and availability and reduction in rework

Consider the benefits that the cloud model has over on premise solutions

What do you like best about the product?
The "graphical" way you are building a process in Blue Prism is an immense help in case your process is complex or (which is even more important) when you return to an already existing process to update it. Moreover, the fact that you can jump freely in the process while debugging it is an invaluable tool, that is unfortunately not available in the majority of other RPA tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Development in Blue Prism may lack speed compared to some other less robust RPA tools. The fact that you need to distinguish between Process and Object Studio does not always come in handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Blue Prism for a large palette of problems ranging from basic front-end automation to interconnect few legacy apps to complex workflows with user-form input, API requests, AI steps and sophisticated reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and friendly to use, and nice online help let me know how to find out the answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
a lot of questions when first time to log in the BP Community

1- a lot of processes from human resources, now use BP become more easy and less time.
2-management becomes easier, and the control panel can easy to control and check session on time.

Using Blue Prim is to be More Close to the Digital Transformation

What do you like best about the product?
After a couple of years of using Blue Prim, I can say it is a good process automation software.

Among the features I like the most about the program, I emphasize the design and creation of workflows. The recording is also excellent, even above other similar software I have used.

On the other hand, the task assignment is intuitive and solid.

Its data migration and security feature is an excellent complement to process automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I particularly dislike. However, some workers have MAC compatibility issues, which can be fixed whit better optimization.

I am satisfied with the other functions that we use every day, especially everything related to process automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Blue Prism to develop software requested by customers because it saves e much effort.

As for joint projects, I use the program to indicate the steps to follow, what I need and automate some actions when others are completed. The result is amazing: productivity and order, especially on complex tasks.

I also use the software to do automation tests related to the security of the organization's information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Blue Prism has a somewhat high cost for various functions, so I recommend buying it, especially for medium or large companies. The trial version will help you determine if it is the program you are looking for or not.

As an additional tip, the bots you can develop with the interface are complete but somewhat simple. So you can always dig into the bot code to refine it and tailor it to your liking.
