What do you like best about the product?
UI, Queue management, security, ease of development, drag and drop features, customizable library, Digital Exchange, Interact, Decipher etc. are just few features of blueprism which make it one of the best in the market. It's much easier to develop, deploy and manage processes in blueprism. The code stage and surface automation are two of the most powerful techniques using which you can develop anything and everything.
The excellent support team is very responsive in resolving all your queries and issues related to the product.

What do you dislike about the product?
Blueprism is excellent in its product delivery and features but there are certain improvements required from UI perspective (developer's point of view). Search feature while searching for credentials/environment variables is what i am looking for. Otherwise, as a tool, Blueprism always comes with its great products over time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blueprism is solving the needs of the customers in every domain. We have delivered various processes helping customers during the tough phase of Pandemic and sharing the automated reports of Covid situation to the different governments of different geographies. Reduction in process cost, efficiency and engaging staff in some useful work rather than repetitive daily tasks, is what clients realized while we delivered successful automations using Blueprism.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of learning that a new developer has when getting to know Blue Prism, the concept is simple and the educational material is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Blue Prism not having a dark theme yet would help developers a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems related to payment reconciliation, I noticed agility and security in what is being done

Blue prism digital would help to implement digital technologies. I would like the technologies such as Decipher, Capture, Automation Life Cyscle Management, Interact
What do you dislike about the product?
BluePrism Decipher would be taking more time to extract data from documents. The interact form portal was very slow to create. It would require more documents with examples to understand the concept of Blue Prism digital technologies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blue prism helped to digitalize the Problem Definition Document. Decipher allowed to extract the text from Read-only document and scanned document. Interact form would help the users to feed the data in the Application. Blue Prism helps automate the Business process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Blueosim to all users to automate business processes and to digitalize the data. It makes it more efficient the business process, and it would save time for Business.
I think BP is best RPA tool. Most secure, strong infra and very easy to trouble shoot.

Troubleshooting Features I really like. Its very easy and in debug mode also we cna change values and continue the debugging

Scrapping comparatively complex. Sometime it hangs which really irritates sometime

Enterprise Level RPA Tool But Requires Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Managing processes via the control room is more efficient when compared with other RPA tools. Separation of concerns is done very efficiently as the process is broken down into Process and Object Studios, respectively. Blue Prism queues are much more customizable and advanced when compared with UiPath queues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no specific framework such as RE Framework, which we can use as a standardized input. Exception handling is more demanding when compared with other RPA tools. Development is time-consuming when compared to other RPA tools. It also lacks a wide variety of ready-to-use activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excel automation, extracting data from the screen and updating the same in excel, Queue utilization, multi-bot use cases for handling large volumes of data. Some of the domains that I have used Blue Prism automation are Human Resources, Trading etc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a system to system integration facility, then i suggest BluePrism is the tool to go for it as it provides good operational scalability and has a high execution speed compared to other major RPA tools. Blue Prism provides great control and scalability to the processes implemented.
Best user friendly and more secured automation tool in IT industry
What do you like best about the product?
Blue prism is more secured for sensitive information and very high cost for automation tools. since i have been using past one year this tool. Simply the stages are fantastic, like just drag and drop. From a security perspective, we have great features like credential management to store username and passwords.
even not technical people also easily can learn and create the bots.
bot work speed is fast compare to manual work. we can completely send mails from outlook with bot only.
api integration is good and we can create scripts for sap

I dont see any regret here but cost is high compare to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have reduced time and project cost as well. by using one runtime resource(bot) we are running ffour process daily with out stop.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism is extremely powerful and lets you build your business objects in addition to regular automation flows - this enables you to reuse objects for multiple automations and minimizes development time for future enhancements to existing automations. It also allows for multiple approaches to capturing elements on a computer screen including browser-based mouse placement, HTML identification, screen mapping, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Blue Prism is highly complex, and it does take a great deal of time to plan and execute usable automation properly. This isn't something you can just install and become productive with on the first day; however, after some commitment to learning the product, there isn't anything you can't automate!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Blue Prism to automate some system configuration tasks that would typically take our team weeks to perform manually. The configuration tasks are time consuming but somewhat predictable and we have been able to save hundreds of hours of time by using Blue Prism instead of configuring manually.
