Best Platform For Intelligent Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The ability of the Blue Prism product to incorporate cognitive skills such as OCR, IDP, NLP, AI. We can implement the new trends via API or Skills from Digital Exchange.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a platform, it''s difficult for business users to learn/develop something in the forum. While the Blue Prism peers have the low-code/no-code platform, we still lag here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to implement software automation efficiently in a quicker way.
Best Tool for advance and controlled RPA development
What do you like best about the product?
Code customisations in the object studio and adding customised actions for already built code stages gives you an upper hand to cater your automation needs.
Strong Digital Exchange Portal with loads of reusable code capabilities/Objects.
Updated Blueprism university for training purposes.
Attaching to any of the running object for example MS excel or already running websites that weren't launched from the Blueprism's business object in first place - debugging essentially is pretty easy and handy when it comes to fixing errors or re-doing any dev steps.
Easy to navigate and visualize the process flow.
Flexibilities in integrating Blueprism with other technology/tools, also API calls with REST are seemingly swift and easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Surface automations sometimes gets bit fudgy and it needs much more maintenance - I beleieve this could be well managed with the new feature introduced as Smart Vision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating legacy applications or old ERP tools other than SAP,also it helped me automating SAP front end & recording GUI scripts-creating a custom code stage to interact and automate SAP, integrating ServiceNow, replacing complicated business related macros, extracting data from web apps, playing around with PDFs - Digital exchange from blueprism has helped to rope in some of the pre-built capabilities to automate complicated use cases.
Citrix related automation or surface automation when nothing really is working - this gives atleast an option to automate image or coordinate based automations via surface automating locating the parent image and identifying element image.
Pretty easy and handy when interacting with Siebel ticketing tool or any CRM, BPM or ERP tools, found it extremely helpful to handle business macros with pop ups enabled.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is robust, efficient, secure and compliant. This product can automate manual repetitive tasks at speed and simplicity. I have been a user of this product for 4+ years. The features of this product are simple yet effective and highly scalable. This product supports client-server architecture with which the operations team can monitor multiple runtime machines and their status centrally. The effective queue management system helps to keep track of the items the bot is currently processing at ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product can include additional programming languages in the object studio. This will help ensure that market standards and new technologies can be incorporated for Automation bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product helps to automate repetitive manual tasks with speed and simplicity. This product is stepping into intelligent automation space, which will help to incorporate machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities. This product ensures that automation's controls and compliance aspects are met and is an industry-standard solution. The new features of this product, such as Automatic PDD builder, Blueprism Interact, and Blueprism Web control room, benefit the operations team in managing more bots at their current operating capacity. This product has given 300x returns to the organisation and heling us unfold new opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
1) The UI & ease of use helps the developers to increase the speed of development and manage the Reusable components as compared to the cluttered UI offered by UI Path that confuses the flow of code. Blue Prism offers excellent security & data encryption facilities that help organizations to utilize IT minimally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The OCR capabilities are below par with the inbuilt tools, DB slowness is one of the concerns when the product reaches high scalability. Blue Prism would offer a game-changing feature if they introduce development on the Web Browser instead of native client setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Product helps in the automation of rule-based and redundant processes within the different streams of domains and businesses. This has helped us cover many process maps and generate ROIs, 3x.

What do you like best about the product?
The Process & Object flow makes it easier to understand the process. The usage of API is an added feature. One of the best control rooms where the process can be monitored and necessary action can be taken immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usage of AI, Process mining can be introduced in the application.
There is no feature to export the schedulers in Excel format.

The Database crashes & Application starts getting hung up during the monitoring.
If any pop is open then the other tabs won't work unless this is closed. Just check on 7.1 this release has a feature to notify if any tab is open

- i am harvesting capability of Blue prism on daily basis to meet customer satisfaction. It is easy to impliement, easy to scale.
- Easy debugging functionality is helping me to debug find locate error quickly.
-In-built Version history. Code comparison to all version is very nice feature.
- BP University has up to date courses. i am greatly benefit from 130 + course which i have completed on Blue prism univserity. New launch of learning plan on ROM foundation and process intelligence are very good to upskill.
- i am using the benefit of New courses and practice test on certification.
-i am using latest version of capture to easily record user's interaction and auto code building which is reducing the time to deliver the automation.
- Quick help from community and provide the support via Community interface is one of the benefit which i seek daily.

Attended Automation - This is one of the problem solved by blue Prism. With Blue prism Desktop latest capability - We are able to integrate desktop with unattended solution.
Decipher 2.3 version has increased our Document Processing capability.
i am using capture 4.0.0 which has solution Designer mode which has enhanced the code building capability with best pratcice template already embedded in it.
since the time i started using Graph API VBO - Errors coming from Outlook and excel have reduced to great extent.
