  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Productivity through the roof:- ripitative task ? Gone. Data entry drudgery ? Poof ! My co workers handle all this very effectively.

The boss loves them :- efficiency up errors down . I look like a super star without compromise my family time .

Surprisingly chill co workers:- No office gossip . No passive agressive emails. Just silent efficiency and ultimate productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curves:- Training the bot was not exactly plug and play.but hay , neither was teaching my goldfish to fetch.
Coffee break? Forgot it :- these guys just keep chugging away. Makes me feel little lazy, tbh.

Existential dread? :- Sometimes I wonder if they are judging me while I scroll social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work futigue :- say goodbye to burnout . These tireless bots handle the grunt work. Leaving you fresh for fun stuff.
Human error:- Bots don't make typos, miss deadlines and forget to attach the TPS reports.
Slow processes :- create invoices at light speed , Data analyed in nanoseconds.

Effortless automation using Blue Prism

  • December 27, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the tool is list of features available and commands available in the tool, which will let you to automate almost everything with ease. Such a great and simple UI, drag and drop funtionality, good quality data scrapping, multiple ways to trigger the automation etc. are some of the things which makes it outstand from the rest of the tool available in the market.
Superb customer support support, with a quick response rate make it feels like a vip to each and every customer. Also, ease of implementation with the help of Blue Prism Hub makes it out of the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I feel that there should be some other mechanism as well apart from the desktop version with open apps to automate as we do not have the access to the applications all the time. Also, many apps are there where UI and internal code keeps on changing, we should have feature which should compare the UI (both previous and current) and auto update the code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It facilitates the automation of both my individual tasks and those assigned to my team. Thanks to this automation, I now find myself with additional time that I can allocate to more productive endeavors. Furthermore, the digitization of documents using OCR, coupled with the ability to trigger various activities and tickets within the BPM system, contributes significantly to streamlining the solution, enabling seamless integration with RPA

Best RPA tool out in the market

  • December 26, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I personally like the plethora of features available in the tool and their easy accessibility. Great customer support, such a quick repsonse rate, solved multiple issue many times within a day itself. Screen scrapping works like a charm, in addition, so easy to trigger the worklow automating all the manual task in one go. Also, with addition of process mining, so easy to share and analyze the data. In addition, implmenting it in the client machines is so so so so easy due to present o central hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data ingestion is still tricky comparing to other process mining tools available in the market. I think lot of connectors are still missing, which needs to be there in case if they to capture process mining market as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me in getting my processes automated and helping me analyzing the data in-real time which is a game changer for me. It's so easy to analyze and get the inference out of them which earlier use to be a wild / calculated guess

Next Gen Organization - Bigger Steps

  • June 29, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation Platform - Title truly derives the strategies and roadmaps that are coming up in pace we've ever seen earlier.

I'm much more happier that it leads to unlock the organizations potential over digitalization using the portfilios that are coming up like Chorus BPM, PI, Process Mining, UX Designer, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be a great help if all the advancements were also near to parallel release for cloud and on-premise customers. The university should little be improved with more real-time use cases and more detailed explanations for beginners to understand as the most desirable organization; we encourage many fresh talents from colleges, which is also a highly significant point for Citizen Developers. Capture can be improved to design the steps using recording and write down the steps using hearing the discussion, which writes down more logic and decisions in the transcript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intelligent process automation and ecosystem is the best approach we have, but more open integrations will be really helpful. It would be a great benefit for SS&C and its users if you could come up with an integration development tool.

Providing basic learning training, giving an opportunity to become a member of the Community, University, and many more platforms. This must be needed. Thanks a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of the certifications is too high and needs to be discounted to the learners this Blue Prism certification for their career growth life. This thing is to be noticed here and should be shown some benefits for the learners and needed person. Thanks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning the contents is helping to recover the requirement.

Why I Would Recomment BluePrism To You

  • April 13, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The main strengths are its quick learning curve, the ease of extending functionalities, and the speed at which automation can be implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is that it's user interface still lacks filters for filtering process, objects, environment variables or any other entity in the application. Additionally, environment variables cannot be displayed as a table, which means you have to either use external files for configuration or have an extensibe set of variables in BluePrism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blue Prism has been instrumental in helping us address numerous business requirements and automate various processes across different departments, including accounting, logistics, finance, cybersecurity, HR, service centers, and supply chain management.

Efficient And Handy Robotic Process Automation Tool

  • February 21, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism is easy to operate and comprehend, allowing us all to adapt current procedures and execute method enhancement initiatives more rapidly without the need for IT help. Blue Prism facilitates the fast acquisition of RPA innovation throughout the organization, automating not just dull, monotonous human operations, but also nuanced and complex activities along with a wide range of processes, merging semi-automated existing operations with manual methods. Blue Prism appeals to me since it makes it easier and less costly to build entrepreneurship CRM, BPM, DPA, Event Monitoring, and AI solutions in a single unified ecosystem. We've enhanced customer happiness, boosted staff efficiency, and boosted the accuracy and quality of our firm using one unified scalable solution. Collaborating alongside Blue Prism has allowed us all to automate a large percentage of our manual processes and has provided us with several new opportunities to expand our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
In comparison to rivals, establishing a procedure takes more thought, so if people don't prepare and put out the procedure cycle more thoroughly and meticulously, it may become quite difficult. It's not a major problem, but visual attractiveness is important, particularly in pre-sales circumstances, and using VB instructions can help with the computation step for string manipulations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My involvement in using this product has been extremely beneficial, and it has substantiated me to be an excellent collaborator for bringing cognitive automation ideas to our firm in a timely manner. Blue Prism seems to be proficient in executing all of the challenging tasks that an RPA should be skillful in. Blue Prism seems to be the unique automation platform that enables automation to be deployed, reused, and upgraded throughout the whole organization from a single place, removing the complexities of business infrastructure and drastically reducing human error

G2 Review for Blueprism

  • February 15, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Over the years, security in environments has been the most powerful asset for Blue prism.

The look and field of it make it comfortable and relatively easier to learn and understand, even for a beginner.

Not only limiting the tool to native VBOs that come with installation but also having a platform like DX and creating extended VBOs is an asset.

Improvising the connectors and plugins connecting to third-party applications like ABBY, Decipher etc., makes it a powerful platform for IDP
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser extension issue has been a big challenge for automating modern browser-based applications. Though we migrated from 6.10.1 to 6.10.5, which we expected to resolve, and tried a variety of things, like updating the config file in manifest V3 for closing up the concurrent sessions and cleaning the memory cache in chrome, terminating the launched window, the issue persists.

Memory management can still be improvised when it comes to larger volumes of data to be worked on

Documentation for the VBOs can be improvised by showcasing an example, for instance, set headers of a collection from another collection
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blue prism is getting integrated with most of the client's applications, where there is a chance for Automation in most industry sectors like retail, banking, and finance. The ROI that is coming up has been tremendous for the clients I've worked for

A good automation tool with an amazing UI with a few flaws.

  • February 14, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
First, the biggest strength of Blue Prism is how its user interface is structured. Looking like a flow chart, it is straightforward for a beginner to learn and understand how Robotic Process Automation works compared to its competitors like UiPath, Power Automate, etc. It is effortless to handle exceptions in Blue Prism, and it was the first tool I learned to use in my RPA career. Its workflow layout is straightforward to understand and very intuitive. Developing in Blue Prism was always a joy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of its drawbacks was how hard it was to set up Blue Prism, followed by the lack of additional features and connectors. It also did not have as advanced UI automation as UiPath.
It does not seem as capable as its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blue Prism is the best tool I have used in Robotic Process Automation for building simple but highly robust processes. Any exceptions related to the system or business can be handled flawlessly and quickly, which is harder to do on other platforms.
