Most Wanted Robotic Process Automation Software
What do you like best about the product?
I used to work with more than 1-year work Blue prism robotic process automation software it's a great experience with blue prism and I used most of the features in the blue prism my most liked ones are the process design tab, workflow creation and workflow recording function, AI integration with code level and analyzing the behavior, and also data migration and cloud integration part also can be handle easily and also collaboration function also very useful when working with multiple people in the team it's easy to share the project with diiferent team members of the team and complete the task immediately so all together this is a one of the best solution i ever used for process automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely no bad comments about the software but I like it if they can improve the mac version of the software when I work the software with M1 macs got some incompatibility issues if this can be fixed it will be much helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the time I used this for my daily tasks of software development and integration works related to automation it's much needed and after using this I can do my work more fast
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think anyone in the software industry can think about this solution for all of the process automation task this is one of the great solution i used in my life. I can suggest anyone to experience it and there is a trial version anyone can download first take it and test whether this suits for your organization or not.
Best tool for any business process automation
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best key features of Blue Prism is that it is very easy to integrate with the business. They have provided the documentation about how to use and make the most out of it.

Did not come across any difficulty in using this tool yet. But there is still scope for improvement.

We are using this in our organization for automating the assignment of leads from various sources to executives.

Blue Prism - RPA has been used for at least two years by us for developing workflows and managing repetitive activities. The systems have been optimized with robots that do the hard work automatically and don't need our help. We had an excellent experience, and today it is an essential part of our department because it has increased productivity and reduced time.

Blue Prism - RPA has been used daily in our systems and has only contributed to productivity and time reduction. We have had no reports of problems or delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Robots work in various areas and sequences that we program and perform automation of repetitive tasks of forms, spreadsheets, CRM, and data systems. Blue Prism's support area is exceptional and helps with tips and support on technical issues.

Blueprism has not given us any reason to dislike, they keep upgrading their product as per latest market trends.

A activity that can be done on one steps , needs to add 5 - 6 stages in Blueprism.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple UI and easy-to-use design flow icons. I have experienced tremendous support from the Blue Prism side as well. They acted as mentors when we established a CoE for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to have more training videos and uses cases with possible bottlenecks to be shared by Blue Prism. For some of the other tools, we have noticed they promote this among fellow users and developers.

Currently we are trying t use machine learning and BP together to distinguish emails with attachments and sentiment analysis of customer feedback included in the emails

It makes the work very fast and we can take breath as all the routine works can be handled by the bots.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism has a very user-friendly GUI. It easily integrates with several APIs such as IBM, Google, etc. It allows flexibility for most types of automation tasks with the added advantage of data security. In general, Blue Prism reduces the time to market and improves operational efficiencies. Lastly, it also provides the opportunity for users to collaborate their tasks without overlapping individual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Blue Prism is still at the nascent stage of its launch, and hence the customer service is currently specific to license holders. Secondly, the user can install the tool only on Windows operating systems. Lastly, the trial version of the software has restricted access to several functionalities such as user collaboration, user contribution tracker, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool to read PDF documents in a pre-defined format (eg. insurance claims, booking confirmations, etc.) to extract various user details. The automated process drastically reduces the overall task to a few minutes, thereby improving the throughput of the project.

Blue prism is an easy-to-use RPA tool. It was the leader in RPA a couple of years back. Even though their product roadmap is promising, Their legacy thick-client architecture has some scalability issues.
With Hub's introduction,web-based control-room and 'Interact', they are very much alive in the competition. Their support service is exceptional and has a perfect user community. For the best part, they won't charge separately for Development licenses.
