I have used this to basically scrap data from web applications & its been very helpful and great...
What do you like best about the product?
1. It is suitable to create basic rule based tasks such as simple data scraping using web selectors.
2. It is suitable to create complex AI driven, Machine learning driven solutions as well for large and real time data handling for big enterprise level projects also.
3. Customer support is great has community to ask for help if stuck anywhere ,so its eassier to implement aything

What do you dislike about the product?
Frequency of using , I have mostly been using his for small-level data scraping applications ,Its been a great learning curve for me...
But when it comes to set up for the large and AI driven projects , set up & integration is a little complex is what i felt

It mainly helps in humans doing the same jobs daily , say like fetching details from a known well known file and the format of data , it basically reduces humans repetitive jobs by building ruole-based bots.

We are using RPA for managing employee Onboarding, salary, and for management records.
A very good tool for all your automation activities
What do you like best about the product?
The different modules and ease of access to the users. without even the knowledge of coding users can perform automation activities like sending automated mails, deriving data from websites etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not work on certain appliactions without robot automation, there is no forum for discussing questions or solving issues.

I created a robot that could fetch data of updated detials on a webpage and email me the same every morning, puls I used it for autmated testing of webpage.

1. It helps in leveraging multiple manual process through automation like data entry, processing of invoices, managing the excellent sequence of creating the orders, approving them and dispatching them through correct routes, creating a perfect & Error Free Supply Chain System with very less / no margin of errors.
2. if the Supply chain management system need to add some more requirements / features, so through SS&C Blue Proim RPA System, the testing of new features will be easier, thus deployment of new features into production environment is very smooth.
3. With the utilization of this RPA tool, human error can be minimised, thus accuracy is increased manifolds.
4. The complete process of implementing the Tool & Technology is very easy to understand and thus, the product can be delivered to client at multiple locations.

Since this platform is very highly decorated, so a careful, clear and illustrative training is required to understand the functionality of the product.

In the world of Testing, the Softwares that requires rigorous UI testing, such as testing of the UI of windows Desktop Application and since the application is integrated with large number of servers and other software in a different ECO System, BluePrism Intelligent Automation Platform make the testing very easy.

There are the features like "Record & Test " Functionality , which make the tester very easy to record multiple functionality flows and this user can automate testing of easy, medium as well as complex functionaltiy flows and thus can perform regression testing for the UI part of the software by the release of every new build, which saves the manual testing time and increase efficiency of the software testing process

What do you like best about the product?
As we know, What is Automation and how it is helpful in many ways for organization. Now there is good tool SS&C Blue Prism comes with Intelligent Automation which is easy to use to have the actionable insights to process optimization. And also from this easily implement the process documentation and wireframes into runnable process. With help of its transform feature it is integrated with real time insights into tasks and workflows.
Also this intelligent automation gives us the availibility to discover and optimize our processes in better way and help the clients and organization to gain the trust and market revenue from this.

For the medium scale organization it can be costier. And also, sometimes it lacks for cognitive abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem this Intelligent Automation is solving is when we have a manual repetitive task then, by using this automation technique it saves the time of man-force and cost for the organization and the client.

Blue Prism is very good tool for build unattended robots. Easy Control Room, easy configuration, nice visible processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dx Exchange should have more automation examples and use cases.

aA lot of RPA processes more than 150+. That is resolving a lot of manual effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike IBM Watsonx, this platform is easy to operate and easy to create RPA bots without needing any prior experience.
I was able to create an RPA bot and integrated it with our Microsoft Teams application.
Our new bot using SS&C Blue Prism can create tickets in Service Now, Close them and unlock accounts.
Blue Prism team has a seamless support through their Customer Support contact us option and they respond quickly.
Most of our employees use the Bot through Teams daily for like unlocking accounts, requesting IT support...etc

Sometimes the RPA stops responding, takes times to recover and we have to check the Bot integration again to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many uses of this platform such as Automation, RPA bots...etc
And in our use case, it is the RPA that is very much beneficial and we have replaced it with traditional Atlas Bot from Microsoft since it costs more and does less.
All the work which was done by Atlas bot like account unlock, ticket creation, password reset and IT Support...etc are now done by SS&C Blue Prism RPA.
