What do you like best about the product?
video playing, features like pausing, increasing decreasing speed of the videos and doing training at my own pace and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes buggy features, specially the dashboard. It shows not completed even when course is not completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its a good learning experience through mind trickle.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the platform. The ability to advance through models. The ability to filter what's needed vs. what's not. The leaderboard aspect allows for some competition between team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could work better on displaying things in the manner in which you need to advance through things to gain credentials or finish a track you're on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning how to sell better. Learning how to organize in advance of sales call. Learning all sides of our portfolio.

It's absolutely easy to use, user friendly and you can optime your learning paths as you like.

It allows my company to teach us things that are most important to our relevant role as well as test our comprehension at the end.

It can be difficult to know where you’ve left off in certain modules.

Knowledge accountability- we can be assigned modules specific to our roles which are very helpful

Sometimes in-person learning and interactions can lead to better retention of information; but, not in these days of COVID!

I love the ability to create specific modules for teams to review relevant data coming out and even the ability to ask questions to make sure they were paying attention.

There isn't anything I dislike about the tool.

Easy source for organizing trainings and information sharing among our organization.

Sometimes it is hard to navigate and I wish it was more easily customizable in our own portal view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to learn about other products and teams that I wouldn't necessarily need or have to but it has made me a more well-rounded employee.

Definitely a great place to keep info all in one spot!

The fact that they are shorter videos that you can watch from one screen and then you go into the app to take the test- much cleaner look

I wish there was more of a check off look so I knew what all I needed to do and I wasn't missng anything

I like that I can always go back and watch the sections when needed

Make sure you have a plan and vision for your staff and set expectations with respect to results. My firm has learned that this is imperative to improve participation and results.
