Best and Beneficial for gaining knowledge. I wold like to recommend all other organisation to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Continuous support for increasing our knowledge we got assignments and tests in this app which really help us to increase our knowledge help in increase our ability to solve our field related problems. I am so happy and glade after using this application and i would like to recommend the all the organisations to introduce this app to your employees to increase there knowledge and skills virtually. Easy to use, quick sessions quiz for check our knowledge. And the best part of the application is that is we can attend so many sessions in a single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time take too much time to refresh the next questions.
There is nothing much to dislike in this app.
some times we also face some connections problems.
Due to some network issues we may fail to login but it doesn't happens with good internet connection.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As in cipla organisation there are different products related to different diseases so there is number of assignment to know about our particular brand so that we can have good and deep knowledge about our product so that we can communicate the information to our patients and to our respected doctor's. With the help of this app we also know about the management skills as we are provided with different sessions in mind tickle which also help us in increase of our communication skills and even our marketing skills which is beneficial in our field working.
I hardly recommend this app to the users so that then can also gain there product knowledge and there management skill development easily.

AWESOME platform to improve skills without missing face to face training. Loved it!
What do you like best about the product?
I was moving at my own pace. Content was fun and dynamic. Feedback and insights from expert was perfect
What do you dislike about the product?
When it takes several days to complete it, I got lost on what I had completed or not. So I skip parts without realizing and got low scores for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My selling and persuasion skills improved big time. Specially now that 95% of my contacts are virtual.
An excellent tool to manage your training and keep track of your team's training
What do you like best about the product?
The portal setup, the organization, the ease of use but mainly the tools and dashboards to keep track of your and your team's training progress.

There is nothing I dislike, however, one opportunity area could be a notification center or a notification tool.

The first is to keep track of my assigned training but also to keep track of the training I assign to my team.

Love the reminders, the intuitive interface, and that I'm able to very seamlessly transition from my laptop to my tablet to my phone to complete sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I love it. As a very busy mother of two kids and a demanding role, I actually like the training vs. dreading it as I have in the past.

I'm able to learn more about our solutions in a safe environment that will not impact my clients or team when I am incorrect!
Seamless Enablement and Learning
What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle has been transformation in the way I ingest training and enablement materials. I often struggle with online learning, but MindTickle's easy to navigate UI and ability to have videos, written content, and quizzes in a fun and easy to digest format has positively changed my view of online learning. We've used MindTickle to not only provide training and enablement for current staff, but have used it for onboarding new staff. Having onboarding materials on MindTickle has replaced a lot of in-person training meetings, thereby freeing up the time of me and my team to be able to focus on our customers and direct job responsibilities. Additionally, it allows us to ensure each new hire is getting the same experience and training, and we're better able to track the progression of our onboarding checklist.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it initially takes more time to build out training content on MindTickle than it does to lead a webinar or one-off training, but ultimately I do believe it's worth the investment to upload training and enablement content to MindTickle. You may have to adjust the mindset of older employees who've "always done it this way" to be more innovative and creative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been difficult for us to ensure that all staff are receiving the same enablement and training materials. Many times, folks are on PTO when in-person or live trainings are done, and we just hope they review the recording when they come back. MindTickle allows us to track our employees to ensure that necessary information is received and the quizzes allow us to check for comprehension of that material.
We've reduced the number of in-person meetings, usually done when current staff have to lead 1:1 trainings for onboarding a new hire. By uploading this content to MindTickle, we've streamlined our onboarding process and ensured a consistent and seamless experience for all new hires.

Integrating with Slack is helpful so when a new MindTickle course is assigned to you, you'll get notified immediately. Additionally, download the MindTickle app so you can do trainings while you're commuting via train, bus, etc.

I love the fact that you can incorporate static information with dynamic actions to really allow for active learning and engagement of the participants.

Depending on the activity created, I found the navigation to be a bit confusing with the items at the upper left verses the arrow at the lower right.

We are looking to use the platform to upskill, onboard, and re-board employees throughout the year to enhance and optimize our salesforce.

Think about the training story you want to tell. In order to best utilize this platform, you will need to know what your end goal will look like, how you want your employees to interact with the system, the length of the training you want to create, and the workflow process for your employees. This will allow you to make the most of the system and begin designing processes that will complement your employee's current workflows.
