Easy way to access company content and trainings
What do you like best about the product?
My company distributes weekly sales updates and required product trainings through MindTickle, and it's really easy to complete these at my own pace and show my company that I'm learning
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy for content to start getting disorganized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to ramp myself into a new role without taking as much of my colleague's time to train me in areas I could train myself in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will need either a dedicated team for curating and organizing content in MindTickle, or your organization has to have a lot of proactive people submitting content

I can't yet figure out how to collaborate with other managers

training and re-training our revenue teams in a way that provides visibility to management and provide direct feedback to those being trained.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really easy to set up and use, as well as assign tasks to reviewers. I am able to easily provide feedback to my team and provide coaching as well
Highly effective for onboarding, product training, coaching and ongoing readiness programs.
What do you like best about the product?
Features like autoscaling and service like SQS saves a lot of effort and only add value to the org to help coach & train the Salespeople. I like the dashboard that gives me a snippet that how many people have taken up the training. The dashboard feature is good to make use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every section has a quiz. I could not find more to comment as I'm still a basic user.

Training & coaching people in the org has made it easy

It is a good platform for the Sales, Highly effective for onboarding, product training, coaching and ongoing readiness programs.

I can find lots of the course for the daily work. and working tools. it's easy for me to quickly start work in the new company. and i learn lots of knowledge from this system.

the course is only base on the current company. if there are more public course. that will be better

What do you like best about the product?
I like the gameification of the learning process. I'm a competitive person and seeing where I rank amongst my peer group motivates me even more. I also love the review questions. It helps me to pay more attention and to make sure I'm grasping the idea my managers/ trainers want me to understand. As an Admin, I like the open creativity you have when creating a meeting, presentation and the option of different types of questions you can set up for the module.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Admin, it's difficult to see who has access to different modules and does not have a separate list of who completed the video and their score without having to click on the video to watch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving inconsistency, we are able to look back at previous modules to get a refresher and it enables us to understand where others are lacking and excelling. It also solves the issue with transparency. Some individuals don't like to lose or see their rank below the average. It helps me understand and compare myself to top performers in the company and see how I can improve and what to specifically focus on to improve my skill set.

Honestly nothing negative so far, sometimes the values dont exactly match up with what i entered though

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use tool to improve your knowledge with online trainings. Standard integrations like Single Sign On, etc. works perfect. Several browsers will be supporteed, so no vendor-lockin in some circumstances.
Great tool for training. Love the new interface and ease of use and UX
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, interactivity, incorporation of video with different question types, ability to skip, gamification elements. The art of turning a big org such as AWS field team go through training throughout the entire org is an enterprise grade platform. Splitting lengthy videos into small digestible pieces makes a big difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other training program, there isn't a clear way to skip things when u already know them all the way to the assessment. But i guess that's a necessary evil ...Gamification could also use some updates to 2019...making it more playful and addressing the younger audience, having levels that are tightly related to advancement, improve the leader board. Perhaps consider positive encouragement by also adding the "wall of shame" ....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure certain training gets done across the org. After a cross-org training the mgt team can make sure all org has gone through the basics and spend less time on 1:1 meetings through 1:many activities where many people get to go through the basics. When you create such massive awareness, you can also broadcast updates cross corporate.

What do you like best about the product?
Upsides of Mindtickle are module formats and it allows for a variety of content to be consumed. Everything ranging from videos, how-to trainings, fill in the blanks, and quizzes!
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing! Everything from onboarding to Mind Tickle to finishing up modules, the software as a whole has been amazing in my growth and development at my existing company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I have been solving with Mindtickle are remembering content more, having a library of information at my fingertips for reference. The benefits I have realized in the past months using Mindtickle include learning acquisition, better retaining, and growth for my career long term
