Mind Tickle is my go to place for learning
What do you like best about the product?
The way the courses are organized. The content is crisp and very understandable. There are courses for Sales, Product, Marketing. Great stuff!

It is helping me understand Nutanix better.
I change my roles from Analytics to Business and Mindtickle was the platform that helped me understand the product better and also the sales strategies. It is very helpful .

Absolutely, anyone who is new to technology or any role, Mindtickle helps in understanding the basics to advance. I am a video person. I can understand better with videos than documents. So for someone like me, Mindtikle is the right place to start learning new stuff.I typically use it with salesforce looks like it is integrated with many more tools..

The training methods are not consistent with every module I take. Not sure if this is a corporate thing and not a MindTickle thing - very well could be

Time! I not only can do trainings while on the go, but it's very easy for me to go back and review bits and pieces for clarity

Intuitiv handling helps for a good experience.

I find the menu could be a little more structured. I got confused from time to time where I was.

MindTickle is a great learning tool for your business
What do you like best about the product?
Full featured system with video, presentation learning modules. MindTickle's learning diagram templates are intuitive, easy and fun to navigate. The general pace of material to questions is tight enough to allow users to work at their own during work hours without losing context. This is key for a work-based learning tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing can rely on the creator's mindset and vision. So, module to module can vary a good bit where I understand the material but struggle with the test question logic. (double negatives in questions, asking questions about test case characters irrelevant to the material, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle has given me a well rounded knowledge of most aspects of my company. It also allows me to participate at my own pace, finding free time slots in the work day. Also, being able to attend at my desk is key so I don't have to travel to training location.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Perhaps a standardized test question review process so that users have a level set for taking and scoring learning results. This would improve the overall quality of the MindTickle product.

most of the speaker are english and it might be better if you can offer Chinese speaker.

What do you like best about the product?
Great to have all our training packed in the same place, easily accessible at all times. Very easy to use, interactive tools. All I need during my training sessions is my computer as I know the material is already waiting for me on Mindtickle. The trainer enters the training room, tells us where to go on Mindtickle and we find the content we need there - which must be so useful for the trainer. I also like the scoring when you complete training, see how we did and if we passed the training or not. It is also easy for the management to see how we did during the training and see where we would need more coaching to grow our skills for our job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike in particular. Sometimes I just feel it's a bit slow but could be due to the wifi/computer. the Interface could sometimes be better looking but in general, it's very comfortable to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our training accessible for our sessions. We don't have to worry about anything as we know everything we need for the training will be on Mindtickle. The other day I came back from training and my manager already knew how I did by looking at my scoring on the training session - all we had to do was go through weak points and work on them.

I have used a lot of training platforms. Mindtickle is one of the best I used so far.
Smooth Online Video Training Experience
What do you like best about the product?
First time experienced section-segregated video training instead of chapter-long video training. I feel this multiple-sections approach keeps the training alive and refreshed, we all knew lengthy hourly long training to complete 1 chapter could be exhausting and bored. I also appreciate the smooth video streaming without interruption from the training hosting provider. Thumbs-up on the good service!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can further improve user-friendliness on the User Profile page, such as provide in-depth clickable drill-down on the Your Participation Stats, which allow user to see respective modules when clicked, eg, clicking on the In Progress would redirect to the modules that were started but not yet completed.

Attend online guided video training and perform exam to be certified as expert which earn skill and recognition on my work.

Dependable and reliable online training provider platform. Internet video streaming quality is top-notch!

What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to find the required material and scoring is interesting and motivating. each content has an assessment and it can also re-inforce the understanding. contents are often updated and keep fresh.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically it works very well, but sometimes it is freezed and I had to reset. and some materials has been removed and never re-appeared. If there's an open discussion forum type of space then it could be useful to push the ideas and concerns from listeners side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
my skill and knowledge brush up. It can help me to understand the whole pictures of our product portfolio. For example when I need to introduce the contrail solution to customer, I try to understand the overview of the product and to gather the presentation materials. Sales ready is not the only place that I gather the info, but it is the one of the most valuable place that has much quality and quantities of information.
I feel it could be the centralized hub of our knowledge if the flow of information is mutual. In current system it seems the organizer can update the content and listener just receive it. If people who wants to share some content can upload and share the content, then it may be interesting. then it could be a sort of SNS which enables the knowledge sharing of common topics.
