What do you like best about the product?
Love using Mindtickle! Intuitive, easy, guided. All the key criteria checked for a great onboarding and ongoing enablement experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It is really simple and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped me get onboarded quickly through an intuitive guided interface.

Solid learning platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interactivity, the Q&A and testing functionalities, the integrated video capabilities, the navigation pane style of the interface and the intuitive nature of the solution. I enjoy the ability to utilize it as a platform for learning and I also like the e-mail reminders it sends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have a better mobile experience with it and I've also experienced some glitches with homework submissions that I'm not sure how to correct. Submissions sometimes get mixed across different folks on the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal training, onboarding, sales enablement, etc. It has helped our team be more intelligent about our solutions and drive additional sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're conducting onboarding or ongoing training and certifications, this is an excellent platform!

What do you like best about the product?
The interface and functionality of the application are easy and intuitive. Easy to use and edit, record and re-record as necessary to achieve the outcome that is desired. The audio and video quality are very good and the playback and storage of numerous iterations of recordings is very helpful. I have had no problems logging in or accessing any of the features that we use internally. The review and feedback processes for management allow for near real time feedback. If post editing is necessary, the tools easily allow one to go back into the system and complete the mindtickle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really say there is anything that I dislike about this application. The picture in picture screen could be larger so one can see what is being recorded better. Being able to piece together different parts of separate recordings would also create the opportunity to give the best presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great tool to practice giving presentations or elevator pitches so one can see and hear the message being given. It also allows one to see and catch any nuances in physical behavior while recording.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool if you are looking to elevate the skills of your sales or other members of the team that currently present to the public, customers, investors, etc. This tool will help fine tune anyone that is regularly presenting information either in short or long meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The modules are deep enough to get into some great information but short enough so that you can complete them in a timely manner. This also make it easy to keep the information relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have any complaints regarding MindTickle.

It is easier for the team, as well as myself, to keep current on topics within our marketplace.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle allows our employees easy access to single courses as well as curriculum's we set up for them. It also allows our managers to monitor the progress of their teams as they take the courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not so much a restriction in MindTickle as it is the way my organization administers MindTickle. We as managers do not have the ability to register our teams for certain courses we need them to take. This has to be done at the administrator level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a number of systems that our employees would have to access to take courses. With MindTickle all courses are available in a centralized repository, which is much more convenient for our employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great way to learn and great for a business that scales. So multiple users are able to upload content simultaneously and easily share the required learning via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching different topics could be easier and the taxonomy isn’t as easy to use as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to democratise learning across an organisation!

What do you like best about the product?
We use it internally to deliver short training sessions on the features of our products; mostly for sales enablement, but it's also useful to ensure that everyone customer-facing has a good baseline of knowledge. Very easy to track my team's progress so that I can follow up with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training content that's provided can be very sales-focused and longwinded (though that isn't MindTickle's problem). The reporting tools are quite confusing to use at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the team up-to-date with recent changes to our products; validating that they have a baseline of knowledge and are aware of the messaging that is in use in the wider organisation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good way to deliver short on-demand training sessions, and to keep a team of people up-to-date using on-demand training content.
