MindTickle makes our employees more knowledgeable and productive
What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle allows our employees easy access to single courses as well as curriculum's we set up for them. It also allows our managers to monitor the progress of their teams as they take the courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not so much a restriction in MindTickle as it is the way my organization administers MindTickle. We as managers do not have the ability to register our teams for certain courses we need them to take. This has to be done at the administrator level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a number of systems that our employees would have to access to take courses. With MindTickle all courses are available in a centralized repository, which is much more convenient for our employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great way to learn and great for a business that scales. So multiple users are able to upload content simultaneously and easily share the required learning via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching different topics could be easier and the taxonomy isn’t as easy to use as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
We use it internally to deliver short training sessions on the features of our products; mostly for sales enablement, but it's also useful to ensure that everyone customer-facing has a good baseline of knowledge. Very easy to track my team's progress so that I can follow up with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training content that's provided can be very sales-focused and longwinded (though that isn't MindTickle's problem). The reporting tools are quite confusing to use at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the team up-to-date with recent changes to our products; validating that they have a baseline of knowledge and are aware of the messaging that is in use in the wider organisation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good way to deliver short on-demand training sessions, and to keep a team of people up-to-date using on-demand training content.

Through this we can introduce ourself as a company to new employees, OKRs, products, customer satisfaction, business processes & policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything was awesome.Video are bit slow....need to work on it.

Clarity of do's and don't. Especially ZTB pointers.

What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the questions make no sense (especially when having a boolean question. Let us assume the answer is true. I then have to click "True" on "True" and "False" on "False". While this is logically correct a simple "is this true or false" would help

Great Tool for Sales Training
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way they have structured their dashboard. Setting up the course structure, gamification, certification. It has become a go-to place for all sales rep at the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked most of the things. Mobile App can be made bit more advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training of sales rep and keeping them updated with current information on product and market was quite a challenge, Mindtickle helped us to overcome these challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
The format, including videos and assessments, provides a comprehensive format for diving deeper into a given topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only frustration is that it is not uncommon for me to complete a section, yet not have the "100%" reflected in your status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am addressed the accumulation in knowledge gaps that helps me to provide a broader message to customers.
Great tool for sales training and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The plethora of options available for sales training material. There are options for a curriculum type course for learning and development as well as quick updates for a fast message for sales reps to peek at from their computers or phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reminders come in emails which can get buried from the vast amount of emails our sales reps get daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales training for sales reps who are located remotely in all 50 states. Getting training material and product updates to them can be tedious, unless you are using mind tickle. This solves our problem of updating the entire sales engine on products, strategy, improvements and direction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the mobile app as user friendly as possible. Field reps do not have the time and ability to learn a tool and the company who made it's jargon, but rather universal vernacular.

Very user friendly dashboard that makes it easy to navigate. I like the fast forward function.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could remove certain trainings from our reporting drop down. Over time they build up and make it cumbersome. Having just the current and relevant ones would be more efficient.

Training our staff efficiently and holding them accountable as we lead through change.
Great learning tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Love that I can see all my learning modules and filter between optional and required modules. As a manager, also love the team report feature which indicates what % of modules my team has taken and what their average score is. Overall, great tool for sharing and consuming information. Also, love that I can consume learning modules on my mobile app. As an iOS user, it's great to be able to pop in my earbuds and consume content wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't really have an issue with the tool thus far. Support is great and fast to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm part of the sales organization within my company and MindTickle is a great tool to disseminate information quickly and easily to all members that need to consume the content. Timing is critical as some information is released as our products and offers are released. Sales members need to know what the latest and greatest is to position the right products for our customers. Not to mention, they also need to be abreast of critical information in case they get questions from prospects and customers. It helps in our efforts to stay competitive in the market.

Try it out. It's a great tool.
