Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The customer success/support teams are extremely helpful. Lynn has been amazing to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative to say. The platform continues to get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for digital sales rooms, a content management system, etc. to assist our sales team.
I love the enable room for customers to review content.
What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing the visits and time spent on content. It helps me to know how much interest they show when reviewing resources.

I love it nothing to dislike.it's easy to set up and I use it for all my opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great for prospects to review later or decision makers that can't make the demo meeting to review after.
All In One Coaching Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized and uniform the platform is. It's easy to use! It simplifes the training process and helps with providing coaching opportunities for managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not found anything I dislike at this time. I'm still a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is tracked better! It's easy to find data/information! It's saving me time!
Mindtickle is an exceptional solution to train their specialties and professional knowledge.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use about user interface and intuitive for the training progress. Solution performance is so good and very fast to see the contents including video and others.

Almost nothing. It is very easy to use and very fast.

It helps a lot to consolidate the training methods into a single solution.
Mindtickle is simple and straightforward.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access and the interface. I have no issues whatsoever navigating through the pages and finding the information I need. The process and flow of their system is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle can at times, be outdated with older information. Sometimes I find information from many years ago that does not apply to the current state of affairs, particularly the coverage limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle illustrates how certai policies within the organization are setup. It shows an appetite guide and then points out key coverages and important optional coverages to select.

The test scoring system during the training is my favourite part. Makes people pay attention

just time consuming for building, but a great tool
Great Platform with Multiple Use Cases
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are able to leverage MT for multiple use cases in sales, marketing, channel, and internal enablement. There are multiple stake holders who benefit from using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to set up in terms of having all the appropriate documentation, collateral, and this requires input from many different teams across the organization. But once set up, the value is quite high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle allowed us to onboard, train, and regularly update a larger sales team of varying degree of knowledge about our company and offering. It also allows for near real time, on the field coaching by managers.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle allows you to incorporate all of your internal documentation into a single entity. A centralized space to streamline content and training for our ever growing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a single thing yet - but I will keep you posted!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are growing at a rapid rate, we really wanted to streamline training and make more things automated. We have a huge library of incredible content, but now we have a more modern approach on sharing the information.
Very user friendly and the Admin reports are very helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use and I love the review questions after the complete a Quick Update. I also like that it creates a Scorecard for each Sales Associate by looking at their Capabilities and Competencies. Then each Sales Associate can work on the Area that they need to improve on - by looking at the Companies Benchmarks for each area.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the Admin side I wish that you could get a Heatmap of all of the Missions that are in a Series to see which Mission needs to have a Review Completed. I want to know the status of each Sales Associate so that I know who needs to be contacted for a follow up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sales Manager can assign MindTickle to complete alot of the Training that's needed for the Organization so that the Sales Manager can focus on the Coaching Aspect instead of all the Training that's needed to bring a New Sales Associate into our Industry.
Easily train and track completion of sales enablement content
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create and distribute content to remote teams as well as track completion rates to ensure content is being consumed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to highlight something from a course collection if it doesn't have the ability to directly link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to distribute content to our sales team so they have the most up to date information about product, personas, and messaging.
