Easily train and track completion of sales enablement content
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create and distribute content to remote teams as well as track completion rates to ensure content is being consumed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to highlight something from a course collection if it doesn't have the ability to directly link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to distribute content to our sales team so they have the most up to date information about product, personas, and messaging.
Great experience and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
I found the format of how the videos were laid out and the visual representation of the exercise is very easy to follow.
On the whole however I found it very easy to use the platform also made me watch all of the documentation which in other providers had been easier to bypass this makes your platform very good to deploy to colleagues and team members knowing they will complete the modules.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would recommend you look at how courses are completed on occasion I wasn't sure what additional links downloads or attachments I had to click/view to 100% finish a course.

Mindtickle is helping me learn new skills in a logical format with information at my fingertips and self help articles design to aid the learning experience

It is in very good sync with CRM. Never faced any challenges.

It is very easy to use along with Salesforce for the training series for the new hires. Always worked very smooth.

Having a customer success manager to support us every step of the way! We reached over 80% adoption with our company in the first few weeks.

Mindtickle has truly saved us in storing all enablement materials. I hope they come to Raleigh to host an event!

One stop shop for enablement and helpful templates to not have to start from scratch!
Great LMS platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly easy to use, has great UX (meaning better adoption, and the reporting and analytics capabilities are very strong making it easier to show ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin on the platform, some things are not super intuitive. They are continuing to make updates though and this is being addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An on-demand option for training that all of our regions can access. Assessment and reporting capabilities that show training effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is a deal preparing stage. It has highlights for onboarding, item preparing, instructing, and progressing execution makes sure that assists organizations with setting up their outreach groups and accomplices. The merchant says their answer permits organizations to do this in a versatile and successful manner, diminishing slope-up times for new salespeople and expanding the efficiency of the whole outreach group.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot to loathe. Despite the fact that everything connected with the organization and its items is promptly accessible, there are times when the program crashes while performing assessments or watching recordings.

Extraordinary experience, simple to utilize, straightforward, incredible information on course happy, in some cases troublesome when we needed to record introductions, yet generally it was an incredible encounter.

The only thing is when uploading a large number of assets you have to go into each one to change the cover images, but you can edit all other information such as the title, asset type etc. Just not cover images

Gives us a place to store assets that the sales team can use, as well as gives us insight into the intent of a prospect and what content they are/aren't interested in order to help us close more deals

What do you like best about the product?
Having version control in the Asset Hub and being able to track learner progress are my two favorite attributes of MT.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, upload times can be very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the content consistent, clean and being able to track learning progress. Reduces the "paperwork" and tracks engagement.
